Just received my cat in a basket urn and the photo doesn't do it justice. It's so much nicer in person. It looks like a piece of art. The detail and engraving is beautiful. Very happy with my purchase.
They sent me someone else's urn for their loved one recently passed. And promised me a 2 day replacement that never arrived and all they said to me was to contact FedEx. The nerve of a customer care rep and to make me inconvenienced for a careless mistake on their part. I do not recommend using this company. You might end up with the wrong product and your loved one still not resting peacefully.
I needed a memorial plaque for my husband's ashes. He had written what he wanted on his urn. Perfect Memorials provided the plaque. I was so happy that it came so quickly and looks lovely. A wonderful job for something very precious to me.
I read reviews before I purchased, and all were glowing. Now I know why. My pendant is really prettier than in the pictures. Exactly the right size. Instructions for filling are simple and everything is included to fill and seal. I'm really thrilled with my purchase. Such a wonderful way to take my dear friend with me every day. The engraving is lovely. Overall, really I couldn't be happier.
A relevantly priced, substantial, good looking urn. Lots of choices for color and size. I was a bit concerned about ashes fitting in the medium size but they barely fit. Pay attention to size. I'm happy with my purchase and appreciate the fast shipping and good packaging.
I purchased 4 filigree Tear pendants with chains 1 for me and 1 for my sister and 1 for each of my daughters when my Mother passed away. They were more beautiful in person than in the picture, I think my Mother would have loved them, so now we will forever have her with us! Generally, they will hold about a half-pinch of cremains. The only exception to this are the cylinder-shaped pendants that will hold about one pinch of cremains. Received my large butterfly urn for my wife and found it to have several chips and scratches, call customer service and got a pleasant young man who said he would get another urn out to me right away. In a few days there was the replacement urn in perfect condition. I was very pleased with their service and I'm sure my late wife would be too. Great service!
Although it is beyond painful to have my beloved dog in the form of ashes and no longer with me, the urn is so beautiful and special and a fitting tribute to him. It helps me feel his presence. The bonus magnet was heartwarming.
I'm very satisfied with the urn we chose for my cousin. Though I paid a little extra to have a copy of the wording before it was engraved, but it was worth it. I was very appreciative of them calling to make sure everything on the order was correct. I had numerous phone and email follow ups. I was even more impressed with the time I ordered to the time I receiving it, especially during this difficult time.

I searched and searched for an Urn for my sister. After coming across PerfectMemorials I found exactly what was fitting for my sister's taste. We purchased a Medium for Mom and 2 small for Myself and brother. The engraving was beautiful and the Tree of Life was just beautiful. I will say that I actually liked the smaller ones versus the bigger one for Mom because the engraving didn't show up as well on the larger one. I think it was possibly a different type of metal. I have order two keepsakes from this company. I will continue to order from them. They have gone above what I expected to receive. My husband lost his mom 2 years ago. He went through another company and was not very pleased with what he got. I know this is not a normal gift to give someone. I give it from the heart and this company has that in mind. I ordered the dog urn for my daughter's beloved golden retriever. I love that you can put a photo of the pet on it. I found two photos, one as an adult and one as a pup and cut them to size and then laminated them. They both fit in the frame with plenty of room. She can choose which to display. I feel it is a well made product. I like the fact that you insert the bag of ashes through the bottom and that it is screwed securely shut. I bought a velvet bag to put the ashes in. My only suggestion is that the extra plastic bag is a little thin. I double bagged the ashes just to make sure they stayed secure. Reasonable price! Order ahead of time-this isn't like Amazon! It took a couple of weeks. I am very pleased to have her in a respectable container rather than the plain box from the crematorium.

We received a call from you at 5:30pm the day the delivery was set to be made, yesterday, and you mentioned that you were needing to leave the business you were at and the urn had not arrived. Unfortunately, FedEx does not provide small time windows or options for us to select for when a delivery will be made, it is until 8pm local time on any given day. The driver attempted delivery at 6:30PM on 12/19, however as mentioned, the business was closed. The package is on the delivery truck for delivery again today. As it was, the package may be delivered up until 8pm local time this evening. In most cases, you may be able to contact FedEx to get a time window for delivery but due to the holiday season they are not guaranteeing any time windows. We do sincerely apologize for the problems and frustration this has caused and recognize this to be a undesirable process. We have issued a full refund on your order to the payment method used for the purchase. We do hope that the driver will be able to deliver the package to the provided delivery address today so you may receive your memorial.
