I'm not sure why I had to write a bad review in order to have my complaint heard? All I wanted is get what I ordered. An exchange would have been perfectly acceptable. I will gladly pay for the item I want.
I ordered the dog urn for my daughter's beloved golden retriever. I love that you can put a photo of the pet on it. I found two photos, one as an adult and one as a pup and cut them to size and then laminated them. They both fit in the frame with plenty of room. She can choose which to display. I feel it is a well made product. I like the fact that you insert the bag of ashes through the bottom and that it is screwed securely shut. I bought a velvet bag to put the ashes in. My only suggestion is that the extra plastic bag is a little thin. I double bagged the ashes just to make sure they stayed secure. Reasonable price! Order ahead of time-this isn't like Amazon! It took a couple of weeks. I am very pleased to have her in a respectable container rather than the plain box from the crematorium.

We had to purchase a urn for my son who passed away very suddenly. My daughter found this site and we started looking. They have a great selection to chose from and the one we picked and had engraved was just beautiful. Delivery was as promised within 6 to 7 days. Very beautiful product. Easy to fill with my puppies ashes. Love to have her close. My only concern is the piece that holds the pendant on the necklace is very delicate. I really love it though. I searched for something for about a week. This was my favorite.
I recently purchased a custom engraved urn with a specific picture I wanted. They made it work. Emailed me for final approval, worked with me when I forgot some wording. And even called me. Fast service and excellent turn around.
A tiny screw fell off the bracelet shortly after opening it. It was lost. Customer service said they would get back to me about a replacement. Instead, one day later we received a confirmation that a replacement screw was on its way to us. Now that is good customer service.
I ordered a large custom urn for my father. It was absolutely beautiful! It has custom engraving, so I expected it to take some time to be done and shipped. It shipped the day after I placed my order and arrived less than a week after, with the free standard shipping! I highly recommend Perfect Memorials to everyone. We ordered an urn for my father when he passed (in 2019) and when it arrived it had his date of birth as June 23th, 1951. 23th! How this was even allowed to leave there wearhouse is mind boggling. The urn itself is beautiful, but I wouldn't order from them again based on the lack of quality control.

I purchased the rainbow bridge heart ornament in memory of a friends dog. The porcelain ornament is a perfect heart shaped size to hang from her car mirror. Benny will be with her as he always did when travelling. The personalized picture was perfect. On the back were 2 hearts with "Gone, yet forgotten Although we are apart Your spirit lives within me Forever in my heart" Perfect gift for anyone that has lost a beloved pet. Customer service was excellent. Kasey provided me with great customer service.
This was the first time our family had to pick out an urn. We found a lovely design on the PM website. We did have a question before we placed the order, and I spoke with a very friendly and helpful associate. We chose to pay for the engraving proof and it worked out well as we decided to make a change in the process. The urn was delivered on time and in perfect condition. We are extremely pleased with the detail in the engraving for both the design and wording. For those that need a memorial urn, we would recommend this company.
I ordered the medium pewter urn for my sweet puppy that died. He was 17 years old, blind and deaf. I was so devastated that I didn't put Fluff's name as the first line to be engraved. Soon after I placed my order, their staff called me asking me. Their staff are just wonderful! The urn is beautiful!

My package I order was delivered faster than I expected and it came in great condition. My only complaint would have been that it doesn't give you a proper tracking code, if they could just fix that. Then it would be just about perfect.
