Thank you for your order and feedback. We are very sorry to hear of the frustration you feel with your order. In reviewing your order notes, it appears there was some confusion on the delivery of the package at the crematory indicated on your order. After investigation with FedEx and the crematory themselves, the package was delivered to the correct address, however, was received and signed for by someone at a printing company housed in the same delivery address. The crematory contacted us back after we spoke to them and FedEx on several calls to confirm the urn was in hand and safe. Once the package is shipped from our warehouse, the delivery is completed by FedEx and we must rely on their resources and local contacts (the crematory) to resolve any delivery problems. It is and was our intention to ensure this was addressed as quickly as the process allowed and we are pleased to hear that the crematory was able to find the package at their sister tenants location.
