Don't Care

The urn I ordered arrived damaged. They refused to fund the fees to courier it back to them claiming it was the natural grain of the wood. No! It was dented - its a smooth/gloss finish on the wood with a chip on the side! Tried taking this up with them but have been thoroughly ignored. They don't care about their customers, their products or services. Should have known better - their website was the first clue - doesn't have proper security settings and Google flags it as unsafe.

Thank you so much for your help in providing the Gold Sparkling Coffin for my husbands funeral today. I wanted tell you how amazing it looked, especially when the sun shone on the gold sparkles. My husband was larger than life and deserved a coffin which befitted him. This was truly beautiful and the sign writing just perfect. Thank you again you made the celebration of his life exactly what he would have wanted.

Very poor quality

Urn received very poor quality and never received what was described. When trying to return they have tricked into it being a non returnable item. Terrible. Had to give a star to leave a review but would not give any stars if I could.

My mother loved her garden, so I wanted to buy a suitable urn with a floral design. I chose a ceramic one with a sunflower on the front. I telephoned the coffin company and a very nice gentleman helped me with ensuring I ordered the correct size. My urn was delivered this weekend and is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for all your help at such a difficult time.

My grandad
April 21, 2021

Last week I purchased a coffin for my grandad bryan who passed away. Had to get a fair sized one for his 3rd leg. So far its been brilliant and have had no complaints from him. Propper ding dang doo. Also i will be buying another as hopefully my grandmar barbra will pass soon and i will be minted. Time to buy one of them electric scooters all them kids are on.

We bought a wicker coffin for our cat. The Coffin Company were very helpful on the phone before we put in our order. The coffin was delivered ahead of schedule. The quality was excellent, with a lot of detail, lovely lining and handles to lower the coffin. All eco friendly.
The coffin was a fitting container for a special send off our cat deserved.

Fast delivery
November 20, 2015

I spoke with a gentleman called Mark.

When making the initial call to get an idea of when a casket could be delivered to Manchester, I was quite abrupt with him due to the unclearness of time frames.

However this was a genuine misunderstanding. I didn't realise that Mark was being vague because he couldn't give me a time frame without an order.

Once my order was placed the necessary checks were done and the casket arrived the next day.

Thank you so much for such a beautiful quality casket at speedy delivery.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the Coffin Company, for excellent customer service. My mum passed away a few weeks ago, her favourite flower was a sun flower. I found the perfect urn with a sun flower on it. I purchased the urn last Saturday, I received a email from Dorothy Davenport to let me know when it will be delivered, I received the urn yesterday and it's beautiful. Do not buy from these people, we lost our Son a few weeks back and as he was an great Liverpool FC supporter, we wanted to purchase an Urn with their Logo, all good found out they don't send outside the UK, organized a friends Mother in the Uk to sent to, we then found out she doesn't have an E Mail or a printer to send labels and Customs form to, rang up to explain to the Coffin Company and found out they manufacture off site, asked if they could give me there their phone number incase we had to change the delivery address. Was told that they couldn't give me this information, and proceeded to cancel my order, the people running this business are nothing but insenstive $#*!s. This company is leading people to believe that the bublic should not trust funeral directors and that he is selling his products cheaper than them and that he is cutting the cost up to £1000 of a funeral. I have to say im in the same biz and i know that this is totaly untrue.if you check there prices on every thing and then ring other family run funeral directors you will find out the trueth for yourselfs don't forget to ask about his coffin prices as you will find that family run funeral directors sell at the same price give or take a few coppers.he buys his coffins from the same supplier as most of them, apart from the ones he has imported from other countries that can be bought in for as little as £20, he wants to stop bad mouthing other people when hes doing nothing special. What a joke.if you ask other funeral directors about this company and the sister company 'go as you please' you will find he has no respect in the biz because of the way he has spoke about them. I run a coffin company but feel i nead to defend other funeral directors like himself because what he is saying is a disgrace and i can tell you this because i deal with family run companies myself.
