Ordered a cremation heart for $1,200.00! No email they were closing! But yet 3 weeks ago was told I would have my order by March 17. Was looking forward to putting my mom's ashes in the charm. I ordered from them before with no issues. So angry and disappointed l! No way to contact anyone! But on etsy it says they are taking a break! SMFH! JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN ORDER ELSEWHERE!

I recently purchased the black leather bracelet with the compartment for Mojo's ashes. The craftsmanship is excellent. It's a beautiful piece.
The engraving with her name and date is very elegant. The price was very reasonable and customer service is outstanding.

After my mom passed I wanted the perfect cremation urn and found Perfect Memorials online.
I was truly blessed to locate exactly what I was looking for because rosewood was her favorite. Plus I wanted to add an inscription created by my sister, brother and I. I was also able to have a choice of fonts.
Once I ordered, it took less than a week to receive it and it arrived sooner than I expected.
Perfect Memorials satisfied all of my expectations and I highly recommend them.

We had to put our dog to forever sleep. We had taken him in by our elderly neighbor's request (he begged me to cause he wanted him to be with a young family). We had him cremated and planned to split his ashes in half to give half to our neighbor, his original owner, but he said all he wanted was a gold heart shaped necklace with a little bit of his ashes in it. The charm looks cheaply made. The chain is very thin. I got the engraving on the back and you can't see it unless you're in a certain angle of light. I ordered it with a velvet box and only received it in a printed box with the chain and charm separated in different baggies. It says it comes with a funnel (the one I have for my Dad from Amazon came with an actual small plastic funnel and a small scoop that looked like a measuring cup) but you have to make the funnel yourself out of paper they include a template for. The only good thing about my experience with it was the fast shipping. Still $150 wasted. I'm afraid of it falling apart so I refuse to use it.

We didn't really know what to expect with a "biodegradable urn" but it is beautiful and nice enough to display at the Celebration of life for my Dad. The website was easy to negotiate and the shipping was very quick. I had made a phone call to customer service to ask about the timing to be sure we would have it on time and it arrived even ealier than we first expected and the customer service person was very nice and helpful. A very nice company. They do sell on Amazon as well but I opted to go directly thru the company itself. Thankyou Perfect Memorials...

We purchased the urn for a close loved one recently, it was a hard time to say the least. Perfect Memorials product list had a lot of variety which made the decision a little overwhelming due to all of the beautiful products. We wound up choosing the Large Serene Angel Urn on a Sunday, and it was delivered in four days. The Urn is beautiful, and all the family was extremely pleased with the quality and design. The craftmanship is simply stunning and it a great memorial for a great loved one. Thank You Perfect Memorials for great service at one of the roughest times of our life, rating is five stars, I would give then 100 if I could.

Product is as advertised and looks great.MY only complaint is that they offered me several different discounts via email and none of the discount codes would work on checkout. I felt a little deceived!

I lost my father in October, my mother 7 years ago. My family decided we should lay them both to rest the same day. I ordered a crown vault double urn container. I paid for 2 day delivery. My order was placed on Sunday. The burial was set for Friday morning. I was supposed to have everything to the funeral home by Thursday morning. The urn was originally set for delivery for Tuesday, then it was out for delivery on Wednesday. It was not delivered Wednesday. It was then made a priority and was supposed to be delivered first delivery Thursday morning. I never got it until after 5 PM on Thursday when I contacted them, they told me they would refund the money back to the card. I explain to them that it was a prepaid card from the Red Cross because my house is just burnt down so it wouldn't reload to the card. I never got my refund for the two day shipping as it did not reload. I didn't get the container to the funeral home in time so I had to do that all myself, seal it and bring it to the burial. I know many things contributed to the late delivery. However, I feel I should've been refunded by check after telling them that the money would not reload to my card.

My husband & I lost our 2 best friends about a year apart. The loss just seems to linger so I thought keeping their ashes closer would be helpful for my husband. Harley & Teddy loved riding in the car so now they ride shot gun with him from the rear view mirror. THE QUALITY WAS A HUGE SURPRISE! The weight and quality of the 2 charms are AMAZING! It was such a touching gift that we will enjoy forever.

In 2020 I ordered a Bronze Air Force Urn as well as 2 matching dog tags for my Dad. All 3 items were Beautiful. I recently ordered the Pastel Urn for my Daughter. I wasn't disappointed! Absolutely Beautiful & Great Quality!

I made several changes. The employees were so good to work with. Everything turned out just awesome. At the end of our communication they also expressed their condolences. If I need this service again I won't go to anyone else.

They advertise keepsake memorials and cremation urns that are entirely overpriced for what you receive. The item was MUCH smaller than anticipated, whatever type of finish or outter coating on the metal makes it look worn and dull- especially for the $44 per inch of metal. Overpriced, disappointed in the quality of product. When trying to return, I received a snarky email from "Jon" at the support email- I'm glad he's able to read and regurgitate information but he's about as useless and lazy as I would expect anyone behind a screen to be. Will be happy to return this product- forewarning they will absolutely refuse to send a return label. They also state a tracking number and insurance are required to return although I never received a tracking number or "shipment" email the entire time between ordering and arrival. I would be happy to support any business that treats their customers with respect and care instead of obviously price gouging people for cheaply made trinkets- needless to say my return will be the last interaction other than ensuring they don't screw me out of my full refund.

After unexpectedly losing my father, I had to pick out an Urn and came across this Skull and Rose Dagger urn which I know he would have liked very much. It shipped quickly and arrived in time for when it was needed. The engraving on it is very well done and I want to thank you for the effort in taking care of my dad's urn! Thank you so much!

This is the third urn I purchased for beloved cats who passed over. The artwork is beautiful, the care put into the overall product is so apparent. Every purchase was so carefully packed there was no danger of damage in shipping. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Ordered urn, once received found that they advertised the wrong size. Had to find something else but was limited to only a few choices. Had to settle with something we else. Once received, the original inside black bag we ordered was not included. Very disappointed!
