We recently order two cylinder key chains to carry our fur baby with us everywhere we go. We loved them so much we bought our son one as well! I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone looking for something special to remember their lost loved ones!
The web site is very easy to use. The urn's are absolutely beautiful! Mrs. Robin, the customer service lady is just a doll and was so very helpful with all of my questions! I ordered the Large Deer Urn on Monday and received it on Saturday of the same week, so the speed of the service is outstanding as well. Thank y'all for being such a wonderful company to help families in their time of loss.

My mother ordered an urn for when it's her time. She is in her eighties. She doesn't always remember what she orders and she ordered four additional urns for a total of five. The company never questioned the orders even thought they were all the same urn with the exact same inscription. They charged my mom and shipped all of them.
When my brother started getting all these boxes, he contacted the company and they said in a nutshell. Too bad, tough luck. They are inscribed so you're stuck with them. I cannot believe that Imperfect Memorials is such a large business that they did not notice the duplicate orders, especially when there were so many ordered.
The lack of sympathy and unwillingness to help is unreasonable and unprofessional.
Terrible company morals taking advantage of an 81 year old woman like that.
Thank you for your order and feedback. I was able to locate your mother's four orders in our system that were purchased through Amazon. One order was placed on 11/27 and the other three placed within a 10 minute period on 11/30. Each of the orders were submitted with different engraving and among the three orders, three different urn designs. Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of orders that come through each day we are unable to guarantee notice of orders made by the same customer. It is not uncommon for people to purchase more than one urn for themselves or someone else as this allows various members of the family to have some of the ashes of their loved one. We are very sorry that these duplicates were not caught and for the frustration that has brought you. We recognize how this situation is not ideal for yourself or your mother however, unfortunately, per our return policy, anything that has been engraved or filled is not returnable. Each of the four urns were engraved, thus, not available for return. However, we made an exception to allow her to return one of the three urns for a full refund. My yorkie, Tucker, passed away unexpectedly while we were on a trip. I had him cremated so I could bring him home. I ordered the yorkie urn when we got home and I am ever appreciative of this business. It looks just like him! It's a nice heavy structure and very regal looking. It's given me a lot of comfort knowing he's in a beautiful respectful container and I can have him with me.
I purchased 3 beautiful urns for my mother and grandmother. They arrived fast, were beautifully and well made, and literally was the most perfect memorial pieces I could have picked for the most important women in my life. I also ordered a cremation necklace for myself and 5 year old daughter. Mine is gorgeous I get compliments on it all the time. My daughters is perfect and dainty and beautifully engraved. I also recommended them to a friend who lost her mother and she was also very happy with her products. This company answers all your questions, they call you quickly with any errors, and they help you even after you receive your items. It came in time for the anniversary of my mom's passing. You will notice that behind her urn is a larger one that one is my son's, it was the first purchase from Perfect Memorials. I recommend them to friends and family.

My husband and I ordered a keepsake blue butterfly cremation urn for our daughter that passed in utero and it is absolutely perfect for our beautiful little girl. I'm so glad these products exist and with so many breeds/varieties to choose from. I customized a poodle urn and was able to write the memorial words with all his cute nicknames that I would never want to forget. I also like the gray velvet bag I chose that goes inside, gray to match his beautiful soft paws, so that it is like he is sitting on a soft blanket in his final napping place.
I bought a weeping angel urn for my mother's ashes, as she was in love with the statue when seen at a family cemetery. I could not LOVE this urn more! It's absolutely fabulous! The detail is exquisite and the angel has a very detailed face/body! The color is perfect! I know there is a person on here who says it was too green... well I'm here to say it's not it's perfect!
Despite these trying times and crazy delivery hardships most company have, the cat urn I ordered for my recently passed on 18 yr old kitty arrived within a week! I worried that her ashes would arrive before an urn, but am very happy that was not the case. The quality is great, the personalized writing is perfect, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the urn itself.
I ordered three of these urns to share our daughter's ashes with her two children and her sister. One had an engraving error that was my fault but I didn't catch it before approving the order.
