I was looking for an urn for my mom when I found Perfect Memorials through Google. The urn's color and decoration is fabulous, but its engraving is only average. It isn't the vibrant silver that I was expecting but a muted bronze, so you can't read it unless you either turn on a bunch of lights or get close.

I ordered an urn pendant and there was a problem with the plate with my uncle's info not being attached. I sent an email immediately when I opened it, sent an email and woke up to a response from Perfect Memorials apologizing and stating that they will send another one. I received in two days (expedited delivery). Awesome Customer service. The quality of the pendant was great! Highly Recommended

Just received my jewelry after having it sent directly to the place where my mother's remains were, so they could be filled. Imagine my surprise when only one out of five pieces was engraved. Been crying ever since. Will never order from this incompetent company again.

I added a star because this company gave me a prompt, full refund on my order. Although I would much rather have the jewelry the way I ordered it, I appreciate that they refunded my money.

A little inconvenience is when an appointment is running late. Waiting on an Urn in order to bury someone you love and then told, oh sorry, we haven't done it yet was totally wrong! And more than just a little inconvenience to say the least! Would not recommend this place at all.

Very disappointed

I've purchased items from them before and it didn't take nearly as long for me to receive my order as it did this time. On top of that I paid for the 3-4 day shipping and that totally was not honored whatsoever. I never received a refund or anything due to the fact they could not honor the shipping. I contacted customer service and only received very vague responses from them and one response was a bit sarcastic. Let's just say, with this experience I won't be using them again.

Due to extra COVID-19 precautions we are taking for our staff and customer safety, orders are taking a bit longer than normal to be completed within our building. A message has been posted in the checkout of our website to ensure that this is communicated clearly - most orders are facing significant delays. However, the 3-4 day delivery from the date of shipment was provided and fulfilled. As mentioned, and listed in your receipt, the shipping method you paid extra for is "from the date of shipment", meaning that is the delivery method when the order leaves our building, not the processing time within our building. We are very sorry for the confusion on the service. Of course, we recognize the frustration in this and while we did all we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, we are happy to provide partial refund to you of an additional 10% off your order. Never Received My Purchase

Unfortunately I never received the item I ordered.
The tracking number claims the package was delivered on March 6th by USPS.
The mail person must have delivered to the wrong address and who knows what happened after that.
I am very disappointed and sadden I didn't receive the product.
The item I purchased was exactly what I had been looking for to put some of my Mom's ashes in for a specific purpose.

The product is made of brass as mentioned in the product description on the product page. Brass products are most commonly a light gold color which is consistent to the color of this item. We do our best to ensure product photos are consistent with the product you will received however, we do know that the coloring can vary from screen to screen depending on the device you are using to visit our site. Unfortunately, on our end, this product does display in the correct color. We are very sorry it did not arrive as you would have expected. Generally, as explained in emails, engraved items are not returnable or refundable but we have made an exception to refund you in full for your order through the original payment method used. Overpriced garbage

They advertise keepsake memorials and cremation urns that are entirely overpriced for what you receive. The item was MUCH smaller than anticipated, whatever type of finish or outter coating on the metal makes it look worn and dull- especially for the $44 per inch of metal. Overpriced, disappointed in the quality of product. When trying to return, I received a snarky email from "Jon" at the support email- I'm glad he's able to read and regurgitate information but he's about as useless and lazy as I would expect anyone behind a screen to be. Will be happy to return this product- forewarning they will absolutely refuse to send a return label. They also state a tracking number and insurance are required to return although I never received a tracking number or "shipment" email the entire time between ordering and arrival. I would be happy to support any business that treats their customers with respect and care instead of obviously price gouging people for cheaply made trinkets- needless to say my return will be the last interaction other than ensuring they don't screw me out of my full refund.

Our return policy on our website (https://perfectmemorials.com/returns-policy) does mention that return shipping is not something we generally provide a label for when the return reason is due to size. We do list the product dimensions in both physical outside dimensions as well as the inside capacity for ashes. The urn you purchased, PM7970 has outside dimensions of 1-3/4" W x 2-3/4" H and an inside capacity of 3 cubic inches. We are again so very sorry that your experience was not positive. As soon as your return is received we will gladly issue you a refund for the product on your order. As a note, we do not require tracking or insurance on your return, however, it is suggested so should it get damaged or lost in transit you have coverage. A grieving Grandmother of her 4 yr old grandson was painfully disappointed over and over again as the delivery time was extended over 3 times. FOUR months later it finally arrived.
Signed Extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion of people in this company.

Perfect Memorial for Tux

Solidly built. Extra care was taken by PerfectMemorials to deliver with certified pickup at the USPS. The quality is fantastic for the price point. I have a forever home for my beloved child. Engraving and bag were a little high priced, but very good quality. My only future wish which I know is a logistical nightmare would have been to have a Tuxedo cat marking on the sleeping kitten. Beautiful job PerfectMemorials. It makes my sadness more bearable.

At first, I was very displeased, due to my package not arriving. I called customer service and my sisters urn was replaced within 3 days. I was in awe when I saw it. I could of never imagined that it would be so beautiful. I took pictures and bragged about how nice it was. If I ever need another Urn, I will most certainly buy from here again.
Thank you providing adequate housing for my sister.

I ordered 2 necklaces for my grieving best friend and her husband who lost their fur baby of 11 years. The necklaces arrived the same day they picked up the cremations which I felt was perfect timing. However, the artwork on the back of the necklace was incorrect. It was supposed to be a paw print. I called and spoke with a gentleman in customer service, he apologized for the mistake and asked if I could please email a picture as well. Upon receiving my email, within minutes they replied back they would remake the necklaces and I received the replacements that same week! I'm very pleased with the customer service and their prompt response. A little compassion goes a long way and it definitely made a difference. I highly recommend Perfect Memorials. Thank You!

AMAZING!

Site is user friendly, very self-explanatory, items delivered on time and quality is PERFECT! I ordered a urn charm that included the chain and I added an additional charm. Prices were very reasonable compared to other sites and again, the quality is top notch. I never thought I would buying said items for my older brother, my best friend, my world but the universe has its plans for everyone and everything. Thank you so much for the beautiful pieces.

Side note - the treble cleft was ordered from a different site.

During this time, its so hard to know what you want for your loved one. Just knew I didn't want the usual urn. When I saw the buck standing by the tree, I knew it was perfect. My husband always hunted with a longbow, and I feel he would love this urn. The man at the funeral home commented on the high quality of this urn, and will be looking into possibly doing business with Perfect Memorials. I have shown a picture of this urn to multiple friends and all are impressed.

We loved this Urn that we selected for our precious little family member. It was perfectly packaged, the instructions were ver clear in what you have to do. The engraving of the pace was exceptional. And it got here on time. Will definitely order from this company again. Great job, and great products.

Absolutely Perfect

The website was setup perfectly and ordering was so easy! The weeping angel urn (bronze) is even more beautiful in person. I placed my order on a Tuesday and it arrived on my doorstep the following Monday. 6 days from order to delivery! I cant thank you enough and i will definitely recommend your business to everyone i know in need of an urn for family members or fur babies.

Ordered 2 cremation pendants. They came in under a week. One was accidentally engraved wrong, and when I contacted them to let them know, they corrected the problem within an hour, the correct one was sent out next day, and again I received it a few days later. Zero hassle, excellent customer service, and actually really nice pendants!

The fact that my dad passed away on 2/19/20 still isn't real to me, i'm not sure how long it will feel this way but it hasn't changed.
Ordering this necklace gave me butterflies i was so excited. I'm so happy i get to hold him so close to my heart. (you have to let the glue dry for 24 hours so be prepared to not wear it for that following day) I hope to get the Large teddy bear urn in the near future. A big thank you to perfect memorials.
