I recently ordered a nameplate from Perfect Memorials. During a very painful time in my life, when everything else was going wrong, Perfect Memorials got it right. The nameplate for my son's cremation urn is beautiful & of high quality. The size, shape & lettering/engraving are perfect. While other places wanted 2-3 weeks for engraving & shipping, Perfect Memorials had the nameplate to me in a matter of days without costing a fortune for expedited shipping. I would highly recommend them & would definitely shop with them again for any gift or engraving needs They have a large selection of beautiful memorial items & their prices are much less than others I have checked.
When my husband passed away, I wanted a special urn for his ashes. He had coached youth sports, with his expertise being basketball, for over 70 years consecutively. I bought an ocean box urn for my fathers ashes, the quality was awesome, true to size, fits perfectly, had a question they were vary prompt with responding and helpful, easy to open and close the screws are snug, the only thing I didn't like is that the only colors for writing are white that I am aware of and the white against the ocean background is hard to read unless your close up. But still beautifully done. Heaven forbid but I will be ordering again. Thank you so much for your service!
A beautiful way to remember a loved one. My father passed away on May 6,2022 and we had to search for an urn to hold his ashes, but nothing made sense until we found Perfect Memorials. It's really the only thing that has helped us through this. The quality and design is beautiful and we truly appreciate that we were able to engrave the oak box. We also purchased the red velvet bag for inside and this has helped us to feel that dads remains have been treated with love, care and respect. I've purchased from perfect memorials twice since 2018. Both times, I was very happy with the entire experience. The website is easy to use, with a guide to help direct you to the memorial that best suits your needs. The urns are very affordable, beautiful and made of high quality material. The shipping was very quick, with receipt in just a few days after ordering. The urns come with simple instructions and tips for using them. I would highly recommend this website for anyone looking for and affordable and yet beautiful memorial for a loved one (or even pet).
Perfect Memorials has decent products and amazing production and customer service staff, but their staff are treated poorly by their management. I will never shop with them again because of this.

Very pretty. I purchased a small urn and was concerned it might be too small. It's actually bigger than I imagined and fits well with my decor. The engraving on the heart is very light and hard to see. Wish they could've made that stand out a little more.
I had a small issue with my plaque color. After calling the customer service number a new plaque was mailed out to me immediately. I feel the services was very professional, understanding and had no hesitation to my concern. We're all humans mistakes happen and they corrected quickly. I received three days later and that's good timing due to postal's service at this time. Thank you so much for putting the customer first and the plaque is beautiful.

I ordered a small urn necklace to wear so my dog who I'd had for 11 years and lost to cancer could always be with me. Only thing is I wish it had come with a key ring to put it on the chain I already have. But otherwise it's perfect.
