I purchased an extra large urn for my mother and was able to fit her and her twin sister that also passed away in the urn with the divider. They were even willing to recustomize a faceplate for it. I also purchased a engraved dog tag and it turned out awesome. They have great customer service and I would recommend this company to anybody looking for memorial stuff.
I received an oak memorial urn for my father and it turned out more beautiful than I anticipated. The gold engraving is absolutely gorgeous. I blacked out his information for privacy but provided a photo to show how gorgeous it is. I'm happy to have a beautiful piece for my father to rest in.
Great products, I ordered my husband's urn with a motorcycle on top with picture of my husband along saying & dates on front. Back has a poem. I also ordered 5 necklaces with charms. I received everything in a timely manner. Very friendly, helpful & polit workers. (It's not put together yet)

My family had a rough time with the passing of our beloved Lolita... I ordered a custom urn as her final resting place. I couldn't have asked for anything better in regards to quality, price and expediency. It was better than I imagined, spelling was perfect, considering it was in Spanish. They shipped the next day even though I didn't pay for the expedited shipping. It was a small kindness that was truly appreciated. I'm thankful to this company in our time of need. The weeping angel cremation urn is an absolutely breathtaking piece. I am beyond happy with my order. The website doesn't do it justice. I mean it looks very nice on the website, but it is simply amazing in person. If you are looking for beautiful final resting place for a loved one, the weeping angel is a great option!
Losing my grandma has been and will remain the hardest thing I've ever endured. I am happy to say that I am beyond happy & grateful for this product. It took me a very long time to order anything like this because I was honestly afraid of the emotions that came with transitioning her ashes... but with the love and care that went into this product, the tears were absolutely worth it. I do wish there could be more characters allowed for each line, but for the cost and absolute quality of this product I have no complaints. I would provide a photo, but I do want to keep this personal between myself and my family.
Shipping was as promised, quality was what I expected, shipping fees are a little steep, but I will order from them again. There are a variety of options to choose from, and I believe some of the items make for a thoughtful and comforting gift.
I purchased an Urn for my fur baby. It was perfect, the etching was done beautifully. I wasn't sure what size to get but the people at Perfect Memorials were very helpful. I received it within a week of ordering it. I will buy again. (I could not get the picture to rotate, hopefully you can see how perfect it is).
Excellent quality. Perfect size for display. The monogrammed plate had a slight error - I called customer service and the girl looked up the order and had a new plate to my house in 3 days. That was perfect! Thank you so much for making an unpleasant situation more pleasant with a quality item followed up by an awesome customer service department.
For the price, I expected a brass plate that I could actually screw into the wooden urn of my loved one. Instead all you get is a cheap stick-on. The only good thing about this is the engraving, but otherwise, what a waste of money... Plus, for the shipping costs, I has to wait TWO weeks to get this... never again.
It was a good experience the website is very structured an easy to navigate. I ordered 4 of the same necklace which was OK. Some of the engraving didn't take on 2 of the cars and the spot to hold ashes is VERY SMALL. Had to keep them all due to my dads ashes returning and needing them. But good site though. Arrived fast ONCE shipped.

I've have purchased several wood cylinders over the years. All are beautiful. This last purchase is the 50,000 years old ancient Kauri wood. This is exquisite and is perfect for my beloved Dachshund's remains. The engraving was done exceptionally well considering the lengthy name - thank you! The customer service is excellent and very much appreciated. Perfect Memorials provides such a variety of items but my favorites are the wooden cylinders; it's always difficult to make a decision as to which one to purchase.
This Urn is even more beautiful than the picture depicts. The mixture of silver and gold and the floral design is beautiful. These are two of my mother's favorite things, so I was so excited to find a urn like this one. The shine is beautiful and if you decide to add the photo pendant, it adds to the urns elegance. Everyone who saw it loved it. It is the perfect urn to store my late mother's ashes.
The items are cheaper than most keepsakes but the quality is less than I thought they would be. The pictures on the Holding Heart Necklace we're much better than they actually turned out. One of the necklaces broke in half even when we were putting ashes in it, causing us to lose ashes. I wasn't very pleased with my purchase. But It's what I paid for.
