Over a month to receive a product! Absolutely nonsense. Buyer be aware…you will be better off buying from anywhere else.
Same complain as most others. I ordered a phone on deal, paid through etransfer, expecting to receive in 15-25 work days. After this time passed and upon enquiring by email, they (Howard) responded that manufacturer is not sending this model, and they offered to ship a lower priced variant, which I declined. I waited for another week, but they never updated. Then I asked if a lesser memory variant was available for shipping and they said yes and I took that offer with an agreement of refund of price difference. After few days upon asking for update they said they will ship a different color than what I asked for. At this point I sensed something fishy so decided to cancel order. They agreed to refund within 5 days. After this time passed and upon my following up, they gave an excuse that their interac limit reached so they would refund following month, after few days. Again after following up they kept pushing out the refund date. It's over 2 months and till date there's no refund and I'm having to resort to posting this complaint, lest they resolve this conflict. I'm not letting go of my money so easily.
They're never elaborate in their communication and leave things ambiguous. They have a standard template of response which makes it sound nice, but its useless. They never keep their words on shipping or refund days. Always have some lame excuses. Quite a torturous and frustrating experience. This company makes money by lending other people's money, earning interest. Hence they delay as long as possible. Call it scamming, stealing, money laundering. Wonder how they're still not arrested by the law enforcement.
You're calling us scammers, yet this is your fourth purchase from us. Each time, you decide to cancel your order because you "changed your mind." Regardless, your latest order has been cancelled with refund, check your bank account.
It has been a half a year since pdaplaza received back the phone model that I did not order (RMA#*******). Pdaplaza, where is my return shipping refund? Marc-Andre Leroy, do you remember what you promised? When do I get my money back?
Phone received was "not as described" (Order #PDA14532). They sent me different version which I did not order. More over the factory sealing appeared broken and then resealed three times on the top of the original one. See the photo. Buyer beware!
Of course I immediately requested refund (RMA#14532). They promised in writing to refund the return shipping cost which never happened. Despite of multiple attempts to reach them via email or via their "Contact us" form they just do not reply.
Marc-Andre Leroy, do you remember what you promised? You received the phone on Jan. 12,2024. How long does it take for your back office to issue a $75 refund for return shipping? And be more specific about your definition of "within the timeframe" - a month, a year? When do I get my money back?

PDA Plaza never refunded my order which was cancelled. I have now to go through PayPal to dispute the charges. What a hassel and buyers be aware.

The company started well but all of a sudden went down south on customer service delivery. I placed order for two phones, and paid full amount. One was delivered after a slight delay while the other was unavailable for delivery. The company promised to send my second phone once they received stock. It is more than 3 years now. Initially, i got a response of apologies from Alex, Constantine and Milan at different occasions with a promise to send my second phone ASAP. Till date, I have written several mails to their email addresses but no response. Also, I have called several times but no one responded to my calls. I am becoming to suspect the company as a scam. This is an unpleasant experience with PDA PLAZA and have vowed not to recommend any customer to them.
I do not run people or their business down but believe in fair treatment to customers. I am waiting for them to respond to my last email of Jan 7,2024 on when my second phone will be delivered before i report them to the office of consumer affairs, Canada and other Social Media Handles to help me on this case.

I have not received a refund that was supposed to be processed over a month ago. I asked for a refund on December 11th. Marc Andre agreed it would be processed. It is now January 9th and they have been ignoring my emails and not responding. Reason for the refund was a cancellation on a iPhone 15 pro that took forever to ship. It was never shipped. I still have not received my refund.

I recently ordered a phone from pdaplaza, I was going to order from swiftronics but pdaplaza had a sale on. About a week later I get an email saying my order was cancelled because of an issue with the credit company that was offered to defer the payment, ok that sucks but nothing the shop could have done I thought, so they offered me the same discount and I ordered again. 15 to 25 days shipping they said which I find horrible but ok. 30 days later and my phone is still not even shipped and when I email them again to ask about it, I find the order cancelled again. I don't get it and it's frustrating being belief. The same day I dday forget it and order the same phone from swiftronics and got it THE NEXT DAY. This after struggling with pdaplaza for almost2 months. The only reason for the 1 star was that they were fairly responsive with answering my questions but I will not be using pdaplaza again.
Update: the response from pdaplaza below makes it seem like my phone was ready to be shipped 5 days late (I have no idea if that is true or not) but all I had to do was order a 3rd time... Really? 3 orders for the same device? Is that really what you expect a customer to do? Also the first order did not go through because of the 3rd party credit company, which I understand was not the fault of pdaplaza, but with the 2nd order it was full payment with my credit card so it could not be my fault since I was able to pay swiftronics the next day without issue with the same card. Also I find the sarcastic comment about paying more at swiftronics hilarious. Let me tell you I would rather pay more and actually get my device than pay less and get absolutely nothing but a headache.

1. We apologize for the 5-day delay. We were ready to ship your order but needed you to reorder because we couldn't capture your payment. You refused to reorder. Sadly, you kept having issues with your credit card company, which is out of our control.
2. You bought the same phone for $265 more in Swifttronics. The full price on our website is less than theirs and we would also ship it next working day. But you preferred to get it on sale.
Ill keep it short. Got a global phone, shipping took 35 days to arrive (and cost shipping lol). Phone was great, later found the phone much cheaper on other sites, oh well already have the phone. I had an issue with the screen, the film under the screen damaged, and contacted them probably 25 different times. All to be replied back to anywhere from 2 - 9 days each reply. Also asked me to repeat the issues i had every other email, wasting my time and trying to ignore my issue and not deal with me. Horrible service, pathetic. Finally they would agree to help fix my screen under the phones actual warranty, and wanted me to ship the damn phone to china! Shipped, took 2 months with out a phone, only to be returned with absolutely nothing fixed. I was gonna buy a replacement (with no discount or compensation) from there until i found the same phone $300 cheaper elsewhere (wirelessplace - with free 2 day shipping). Not professional. Any negative review you will see instead of owning up as a company they actually argue on the internet with disgruntled customers, as if 15 year olds are running this business.

2. After months of usage, you contacted us to help you with the phone's screen, and we provided the address to the repair station in China where this model comes from.
3. The package didn't reach the repair station because you did not ship it properly, which is why it returned back to you.
4. Indeed, the phone is now much cheaper as it has been almost a year since you purchased it.

I ordered a Huawei phone on July 1st. No shipment as of Aug 29th. Then I decided to cancel the order. They said the refund would be processed in 5 days. After couple of conversation and emails, I have also opened a Paypal dispute. Sep 11th. They cancelled my order and the refund is on the way via Paypal.
I purchased a phone from them on july 3
after nearly 50 days they want to refund my money and it takes another 7 days to give back the money.
These people are just plain theifs

I rarely review businesses but I'm writing this review because I strongly believe in supporting a Canadian business over purchasing items from an overseas distributor or supplier, or Amazon. As such, I want to provide some counterweight to the negative reviews on this site.
If this review is still up, that means I received the order smoothly and also received a refund for over-payment in a timely manner.
Despite the many negative reviews, I took the plunge with these guys, especially because I never saw a review where they sold fake stuff and were a thief. The other reason was they have sezzle(weekly payments).I think I got lucky. I placed the order on 16th July. Received it on the 3rtd August. I did select the priority shipment which was $10 more?. Anyway I couldn't believe it. I was expecting it to be late by at least 2 more weeks according to reviews. The product itself is in pristine condition, I knocked of a star because the phone box was slightly worn around the edges, most likely because of poor packaging?.

I've picked up a Nubia Red Magic 6, Rog 5, Huawei P90 and a Huawei P60 back in the day. The shipping has been flawless every time. I was unlucky with the Rog 5 and got a lemon with a known camera glitch - they took it back and refunded me, no questions asked. 10/10 will not buy a phone anywhere else online!

PDAPlaza was great! Offering the exact phone I wanted at a price that I couldn't find better anywhere else! Shipping was a bit slow (over a month) but, when I learned that they get their phones directly from the factories, and then I considered that it was also the busy holiday season, the shipping time made sense. I got my phone, exactly as ordered, and I love it! Highly recommended.
I wanted to order an OPPO phone then changed my mind to wait for the fold 5. I emailed them and at first they were very understanding and said that the refund would take 7 to 10 business days. I notified them of this May 8th and it is now June 13th, no money yet. I have sent an email nearly on a daily basis and there is always an excuse to push back the refund.
I am wondering at this point will I ever get my money back or is this site a scam?
They do not send products on time. When you cancel the order they do not refund. They dont reply to mails or calls. Horrible customer service. Unethical means of conducting business.

1. Quick reminder - you bought an item that ships within 15-25 business days after purchase, but you were the one who decided to pull the plug and cancel.
2. We let you know that the refund would be processed by June 19. So your "they do not refund" claim doesn't really make much sense. Last time we checked, today's date isn't even June 19.
3. We reply to all emails and calls. In fact, you talked with one of our reps just a couple of hours ago by phone. So don't lie.

My nephew ordered a Smartphone on Jan 9,2023 and PDA not ship out more than 2 weeks after fully paid the fee.
Emailed to customer service and asking for cancellation of order. On Feb 2,2023, Milan confirm the order was cancelled and refund might take 5 business days to process as stated in PDA Terms of Use 3.9.
Today (Apr3,2023, 2 months after order cancellation), the refund is still not receive. My nephew was contacting customer service for more than 5 times in the past to inquire and Milan always promised that the refund would be done next business day. However, no refund has been done and PDA is not keeping his promised which stated on the Terms of Use.
I would suggest people seriously consider before placing an order on PDA even their price is vey attractive.

Hello, you made the order on Feb 19 with a shipping time of 25 business days as it was on sale. Yesterday was the 25th business day since you purchased. We have no idea of what 3-4 months you're talking about.
We emailed you that we're shipping out your order tomorrow but you got so pitiful over 2 days of delay that you refused the shipment. No problem, we shipped it to another customer. The refund will be issued :)
I ordered an Honor Magic4 pro on October 19th of last year. On November 19, I checked back with the company as I had still not received my phone yet. The next day, Milan responded to let me know that there was a postal delay and that they would be shipping it in 1 week. On December 1, there was still no progress on my shipment so I followed up again. This time, Milan told me that the phone was "stuck in customs" and that they would, again, ship it in one week. On December 14, I messaged them again, and this time I was told that the original device that I ordered (black) was lost in transit and no longer available. Milan asked if I was okay with the cyan version, which I said that I was. On December 16, I requested a refund if I would not receive my order before Christmas. On December 18, Milan promised that it would be delivered by then. On January 10, I finally requested a refund. On January 12, I again requested a refund. Milan responded telling me that they would be unable to provide it due to "high volume transactions" and would be limited to only sending Interact refunds during the weekend, and offered to send it through PayPal, which I don't have. I followed up on January 16, and again on February 3. On February 5, Ira emailed me back and promised the refund "tomorrow". On February 6, I, of course, had not received a refund. There has been no communication from the company about this issue and I am not confident I will ever receive my refund. Avoid this company!
