PDA Plaza

Although the service was excellent, the shipping of the item took slightly longer than expected, due to high demand for the phone. It would have been ideal to receive it sooner. However, once shipped, it arrived within a few days. Dealing with PDA Plaza was convenient and the prices were unbeatable.

I ordered a Xiaomi from PDA plaza and I initially thought I made a mistake since it took a while but like everyone else said, when they do finally get the product to ship it's smooth sailing.

I would prefer that they not use an app that requires you to download if you want to see the shipping but that's not a deal breaker.

Adding a phone case bundle would be a smart choice but that's just a suggestion:)

Overall, the price was fair, the product arrived in perfect condition and the shipping time was reasonable providing the pandemic's interference

So I ordered my phone, and waited until the end of the period they said it'd be delivered in. Sent them a couple emails, just to find out what was going on. They always replied courteously and within 24h. There were a few extra days of wait, but a pristine device exactly as described showed up and I'm happy as a pig in mud. Shout out to Milan, who was pleasant to deal with all the way through.

If you want it, they can get it

The company can get unique hard to find electronics and have them delivered to you anywhere in Canada, Sometimes the product is so scarce that it may take longer to receive and arrive at your doorstep. They used Canada Post for me as the carrier and i wasn`t fond of that because they won`t deliver to the front door., but instead the post office. But Milan, did everything he could and was pleasant to deal with. I`m very happy to have found PDA Plaza and now i get to enjoy my new device.but I would be hesitant to re order again without guaranteed delivery to my front door. Also i noticed the phone i ordered suddenly dropped $300 in price after i bought and received it so it might be prudent to ask for some sort of price protection guaranty.sucks knowing you paid more for it then somebody else did.

I ordered a xiaomi mi 10 ultra black color phone on 22 September 2020 and it was delivered in less than a month. However I got the silver version of the phone but this was discussed with me before they delivered the phone. Apparently the black color was not available from their supplier in Hong Kong and they apologized for this and even offered to give me a discount of 50 dollars and still waiting for the discount. Alex was very helpful and communicated well with me and answered all my questions.
They also gave a very helpful advice to open the package infront of the Purolator driver who delivered it and I guess that this is a helpful suggestion so that you have no reason to complain later on for a damaged or open package. This service is not for those who are in a hurry to get their phone since the phones are imported from abroad and may take time to get delivered

I had a great experience shopping with them! Got my Mi 11 Ultra within a week. The selection of phones was great, and the prices were very reasonable. The customer service was also excellent - they were very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding my order. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone

I ordered a Xiaomi poco from their site, and the product is amazing. Though it took about a month to ship to me, the customer service was great and responsive. My second time ordering from them, previously a iPhone 11 pro. Packaging came safe. Will buy from PDA Plaza again.

I get all my phones for all of my family at PDA Plaza, been ordering here for years. They have the hardest to find devices from Huawei, Honor, Xiaomi and all the latest sexiest foldables, for the best prices in Canada. It is true, you will wait a bit as you need to order first and then they'll get shipment from overseas to their HQ, where they'll then ship to you. But I've always had great dealings with them and the customer service has been always top notch. Highly recommend and hope to pick up a foldable next.

I feel internally motivated to write this review. I want to recount my wonderful experience at PDAPlaza. I placed order for Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra cover, which incidentally was not available elsewhere on the internet. Mobilefun also had it but in Gray color, I was looking for black. It was at its usual price of $49. But the very next day I found it available at Bestbuy with $33 OFF, lucky me! But then I felt a bit put off because I had already ordered it. However, when I called this gentleman and honestly explained my situation he not only re-assured me it's ok to cancel the order but also refunded my money within less than a minute. For me it has added tons of credibility for the store and next time I will shop at PDAPlaza with greater confidence! My sincere thanks to the gentleman!

I've bought combo of Huawei cell phone with pen for it. I received phone in couple weeks. But without pen for it. They told me that it is out of stock. Periodically I was reminding them about it, but was getting same response all times. Celebrating 1 year of purchase. No pen yet...

I was looking for the global edition of a new phone and luckily I found pdaplaza.ca. I was blown away with the purchase and support. I emailed a few questions and received prompt replies. My new phone was shipped to me in record time. With the time zone difference, my delivery was basically overnight. I just love my new phone. They have fair prices, great customer support and such a great selection of the latest tech. I will definitely be buying from pdaplaza.ca again in the future.

After reading reviews, I took a chance and ordered the Realme GT2 Pro phone. PDA Plaza had a great price and answered my questions promptly. Phone arrived when stated and was exactly what I ordered. Great job

Here's my quick summary of buying from pdaplaza as of Sept 15,2022. Any changes or updates will be added in the form of edits here.

I bought a Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 exactly 2 and a half weeks ago and received it yesterday.

First, they have a huge selection of smartphones and accessories, and the prices are very competitive. Their prices change quickly, but they are still better than I found on other marketplaces.

Regarding their customer service, they respond fairly quickly, within a day or so.

But, their biggest problem is the shipping time. I don't really understand why I have to wait a week or more if they ship from Quebec but at least I didn't pay customs fees.

The only other criticisms I have are that their return policy is a bit confusing and that they don't offer free shipping on orders over $1000 (not even $2000). Overall, they are a great place for smartphones and accessories, and I recommend them if you aren't in a rush.

Recently I bought a OnePlus 9 from PDAPlaza and my phone was shipped only a few days late but nothing outrageous. They offered me a better deal than OnePlus did on their website. My only complaint is that the phone is a Chinese model not North American version, therefore I did not get the Qi wireless charging option included. Disappointed, yes but still worth the money.

My second purchase at PDAPLAZA my second rating very satisfied with the product, received intact in very good condition and in the box as described, it takes time to receive the order but for the price offered I am very satisfied.
Also very easy communication and guaranteed response from customer service so I highly recommend this company. Thank you
