Great Items like the RAZR 5G no one else sells this phone but PDA Plaza carriers sell the Motorola RAZR 128G no sim card tray which is for me a hassle it's an esim through Telus so My ratings for this seller is great will buy from this seller again
A representative named Milan kept in communication with me until late at night to solve the problem. I am happy with the results.
It takes a while to ship as they don't keep all phones in stock. But its worth it! It's the best priced phones I could find.
Update (Ratings also changed) - PDA Plaza contacted me via email and this time they were able to tell me that they had problem with interac gateways and had refunded the amount back to me via PayPal. While this should have happened long ago, I am still happy that this is now resolved. They also apologized for all delays and their honesty is appreciated.

Background:
I have ordered from PDA Plaza online site for a smartphone and made an payment of 2591.40 CAD on 11 Nov 2021 (Order number ref: PDA9406). They took long time to ship the device and after some point I had requested for order cancellation and refund.
I have been told that I would get the refund in batches of 400$ since there were some restrictions to return whole amount. However all I received is just 2 batches of 400$ so far (800$ in total) and remaining amount was never sent to me despite of several follow up's. Contacted them several times and no one would pick their phone as well (as if it was being ignored whenever I make a call).
I was frustrated and shocked at the same time and was trying to understand why no one was responding promptly to me and send the refund amount. It's been more than an year and still waiting for them to return my remaining refund amount.
I don't intend to question their work but this level of service is not expected. I am hoping someone from PDA Plaza would read this comment and return my money immediately. I do have all proofs if needed for review (just not posted here for privacy purposes).

I recently ordered a phone from pdaplaza, I was going to order from swiftronics but pdaplaza had a sale on. About a week later I get an email saying my order was cancelled because of an issue with the credit company that was offered to defer the payment, ok that sucks but nothing the shop could have done I thought, so they offered me the same discount and I ordered again. 15 to 25 days shipping they said which I find horrible but ok. 30 days later and my phone is still not even shipped and when I email them again to ask about it, I find the order cancelled again. I don't get it and it's frustrating being belief. The same day I dday forget it and order the same phone from swiftronics and got it THE NEXT DAY. This after struggling with pdaplaza for almost2 months. The only reason for the 1 star was that they were fairly responsive with answering my questions but I will not be using pdaplaza again.
Update: the response from pdaplaza below makes it seem like my phone was ready to be shipped 5 days late (I have no idea if that is true or not) but all I had to do was order a 3rd time... Really? 3 orders for the same device? Is that really what you expect a customer to do? Also the first order did not go through because of the 3rd party credit company, which I understand was not the fault of pdaplaza, but with the 2nd order it was full payment with my credit card so it could not be my fault since I was able to pay swiftronics the next day without issue with the same card. Also I find the sarcastic comment about paying more at swiftronics hilarious. Let me tell you I would rather pay more and actually get my device than pay less and get absolutely nothing but a headache.

1. We apologize for the 5-day delay. We were ready to ship your order but needed you to reorder because we couldn't capture your payment. You refused to reorder. Sadly, you kept having issues with your credit card company, which is out of our control.
2. You bought the same phone for $265 more in Swifttronics. The full price on our website is less than theirs and we would also ship it next working day. But you preferred to get it on sale.

I have ordered a phone way back this January with the expectation to received the phone within 25-30 working days. After the said time frame had gone and passed, i sent emails for an update and the always reply that there were problems with shipping due to a whole bunch of reasons. After 2 and a hlaf months of watining and still nothing from them to show any progress, i decided to cancel my order which they agreed to refund me in full. But unfortunately they are unable to send the full amount back due to "Limitations" in sending money. The full price of my order was 2,600 CAD. They have sent me my initial refund amounting to 1,000 CAD after 2 weeks of back and fourth email, and the other 1,000 CAD after a MONTH! And up until now im still emailing about the remaining 600 CAD which they always say that they will look into it.
If you are thinking of buying from them, i suggest you go look to a more reputable store, and if you are dead set on buying from them, please do not be like me and use PAYPAL not INTERAC as this would ensure you have a back up options to get your money back in case, which would likely to happen, something wrong would occur.

When you requested to cancel and refund your order, we issued you a refund via the same payment method you processed the order with, which is the Interac e-transfer.
But your bank was not letting the transaction go through for some reason so we tried it again and it did not go through. Perhaps the amount was too large so we decided to make the refund in individual batches so to if your bank would work this time. Therefore, we decided to issue the refund via PayPal which worked. You have all of your funds with you...
The refund was issued. We emailed you regarding this but got no answer.
As such, it is not our fault your bank couldn't process the transaction back to you via Interac so we were compelled to do it via PayPal. This all caused a slight delay but once again, this was not under our control.

Once we confirmed that our supplier is still unable to get this model, we offered you another similar model that we can ship right away. You declined and ask the order to be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. Sadly, things like this may happen during the shopping season.
But it is misleading to say that we randomly cancelled your order out of nowhere after 5 weeks. We never even charged you; your funds were always pending. We were always in touch with you and always gave you updates. It was your choice to wait for the phone, and it was your choice to cancel the order.

This will be a very honest review from my side I had just purchased Xiaomi mi 11ultra from their website on August 26th 2022 and on the website it said device will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days I had waited almost 2 weeks with no tracking number. After that I decided to get in touch with the company and they replied back saying that they're sorry because they're experiencing some delays with postal services but no further information was given and said that they will ship it out by September 12th so I decided to wait on September 12th I emailed them again asking about my device and they said because of custom delays I will have to wait till next week Thursday or Friday and they expect to ship by that time I realized that after waiting almost a 20 days they did not have my device and this device launched last year in March 2021 so there was no issues of low inventory or a lot of demand or short on supply but lack of information given from their end was the reason I decided to cancel I just want everyone to know that they were really quick on returning the refund back I had got it in two business days
Theyhad mentioned on their website to get the device on time you should order the devices that are mentioned in stock and not on sale but none of the devices are mentioned in stock on their website my device was not on sale and I had to pay full price but even then I did not receive it
This sure was my first and last time buying anything from them.

On April 22,2020 I purchased an Iphone XR 64GB A1984 for a total of $698.24 from PDAPlaza Canada,
On May 16,2020, PDA Plaza charged my credit card for $698.24
On May 21, I emailed PDA Plaza about the order and when it would be shipped. They replied it would be shipped by the end of the month. I emailed them back that day about the 15 to 25 day shipping policy. They replied it would be shipped by May 27.
On May 27, I emailed PDA Plaza about the status of the order. They replied, "Thank you for your purchase. We expect to receive and ship your order Monday. I apologize for the delay."
On June 1, I emailed PDA Plaza about a complete refund since I did not receive an email confirming the product was shipped by June 1. They replied, "Thank you for your purchase. I apologize for the delay. No problem, I contacted my account manager. The refund will happen within 72 hours,"
It is now June 6 and I still have not been notified that the refund has been sent.
BUYER BEWARE, unless you have the patience of a saint and can tolerate a longer wait then what they advertise, 15 to 25 days, then buy elsewhere! Unfortunately I do not have that much patience. They have collected my money and now will take as much time as they do to ship a phone to refund my money!
I have now contacted paypal. PDA Plaza has not replied even to paypal... yet. I have to wait 20 days, according to paypal, for them to respond. If they dont within the 20 days, paypal will "investigate"! I have also contacted my credit card company. They will take somewhere between 15 to 30 days to respond and hopefully refund the full amount to my credit card.

67 hours after you asked for the cancelation, you opened a PayPal dispute. Our website system would have done the refund automatically on hour 72.
Either way, we still did the refund within the given timeframe. Your funds are currently pending due to the PayPal dispute.
When refunds are done without an active PayPal dispute, they appear immediately in your account after a refund. But during a PayPal dispute, your funds take 7-10 days to appear back to your PayPal account after the refund.
We did the refund within the given timeframe and you simply shot yourself in the foot by opening a PayPal dispute that prolonged the time it takes for your funds to arrive at your account after the refund.
UPDATES:
They respond immediately and ship my phone asap. So far it is working fine with no issues at all.
Battery is actually good and last long on standby.

My order for Xiaomi 12S Ultra was made on November 15-16th 2022.
You can see I've been frequently in contact with them for my order status a month after.
I was promised to have my phone shipped out between Dec 15 to 20th 2022. And I still haven't received my phone yet.
Their replies was apologizing for the delays and how there was a huge backlog at the custom boarders during the Holidays which is reasonable. The shipped the goods from their warehouse in Hong Kong to Montreal. They don't have the good on hands is what my understanding.
They kept on apologizing for the delays weeks after weeks. Finally after New Year, they confirmed receiving the goods from the warehouse and my order should be ready by January 5th to ship out and to me it shouldn't take this long since we are located in the same city.
However, I never got the email with the tracking number like they promised. I wrote to them again on January 5th using the email i order the phone with and this time a BIG RED FLAG. I didn't received the email confirmation from them stating I will received a reply within the next 48 hours.
So I waited, and still no reply which is super weird as I usually received their reply within 24hours.
So I wrote with my initial email link to the order again and still no email confirmation on their part.
After 2 times, I assume they blocked my email.
I tried calling them, but it was only a voice automated and I had to leave a message which isn't helpful.
So I wrote to them again regarding my order status with my alternative email which isn't on the order file and I got the email confirmation from them.
This confirmed to me that my email used for the order got blocked and there wasn't any issue with their email system.
I'm still trying to get my order, if I don't get any decent and satisfied reply, I will seek a refund.
