My computer has a dvd player which doesn't open properly! Refurbished, yet that should have been taken care of before shipping! Instead got a refurbished computer with problems, Don't appreciate that I probably won't order from this company again
PC is easy to work with and my new computer came within a couple of days. The only problem I have is two keys either stick or don't work at all at times.

Monitor works great. Purchase and shipping also good. Monitor has a lot of scratches and cosmetic damage that I didn't see disclosed prior to receiving it.

It's used gear, but it was packaged well. I could log into the units with default credentials. The stands for both don't attach very well. They keep coming out. Some very minor scratches, but nothing very unexpected, again it's used. I haven't had time to actually set them up yet to work, cut I foresee no problems.
I received my package way sooner than the shipping date. So far it's been running good and I have no complaints. The price was great and i even got to use a coupon that allowed to add on the mouse and keyboard.

I received the computer. It has no hard drive and will not boot up. I'm very disappointed in this purchase and I would like to return it. Please advise.
There is no way they check their computers to ensure they are working & ready to use. Lost $150 & 10 hours of time from 2 computers techs. Unreliable. Huge risk to use them. Of the 17 working ones, multiple had problems.
I needed a smaller laptop for class and though it came with a defunct battery, it only took 4-5 days to get a new one in the mail. Everything works perfectly, I installed linux mint and there's been no major problems. Also, having a selection of laptops in the $100.00 category helps me save money by a huge margin.
Completely satisfied from order to shipping to arrival! The item I chose was Out of Stock after I had purchased and was offered another of equal value right away! Item received was in great condition and is working beautifully! Very pleased! 11/10 would purchase again from PCLiquidations!

I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.
The computer arrived good condition and works well. However paid for a 3 day expedited delivery Amit was 3 days late. Service and product are good and I would use them again.
My first time buying from this company and it went very well. Laptops arrived on time and they were in great condition and work! I would definitely purchase from PC Liquidations again!
