There is no way they check their computers to ensure they are working & ready to use. Lost $150 & 10 hours of time from 2 computers techs. Unreliable. Huge risk to use them. Of the 17 working ones, multiple had problems.
Tip for consumers:
We were bringing laptops to Belize to install a computer lab for a school. I thought this company would be reliable. They offered to replace the laptop but we were in Belize, so no refund was possible. They didn't offer any refund for the work we had to do on at least 8 computers. Some still had previous owners personal information on them.
