Item was refurbished and did not work when i received it... I called to return it and get a replacement but the aggravation is definitely something I could have done without... especially when I still do not have a working product in my hands... We shall see...

You sent me the wrong thing you said free postage on return i had to pay postage i will never buy from yous again and i will post negative post if i dont get my money back i checked the bottom box just to submit i do not agree with your policies

The pc was very well packed and it arrived right on time. The RAM was maxed and the hdd upgraded just as I ordered. I love this company. Great products, hard to find items for great prices. The only littlussue is that it came in two days, not one, even though I paid for next day. Which made it Monday not FridAy. Luckily it wasnt urgent. But still highly recommend this company.

Everything was great until we tried to use the product. Ethernet port was bad, had to have our IT guy come out to check and he confirmed the bad ethernet port. We should be receiving a replacement so hopefully it will arrive in working condition.
