I ordered a Plantrontics headset. It came in but with no power base. When I reached out to them, they claim its sold without a prower base as a replacement headset. The item description did not mention any of this. The item is also pictured with the powerbase on the item description. They are offering to take a return which I will do but this is big waste of time.

Ordered laptop online August 6th, a week later "don't have but can offer...", reasonable offer/switch, a week later "don't have but can offer..." again another offer/switch. A couple days later "don't have but can offer...". They obviously have inventory issues and whats the point of online shopping if not reflective of stock. Told them to cancel.
I want to be fair that they did email/call me, they did make offers and appolgies, it is the start of school year with everyone needing laptops BUT they just wasted a lot of my time and now back to shopping again with most inventory low across the board. Everytime try to get away from Amazon, and I try, you learn the others just don't have service. I might pay a touch more tonight for a laptop with amazon but I'll bet in shows up tomorrow.

I made a purchase and paid for three day shipping. I received a conformation email and waited for my product to arrive. After the three business days had passed I called to check on my order. I was told that the order was cancelled due to it not passing inspection. I never received an email letting me know this was taking place, nor did I receive a phone call about the cancelation. I was told when I called that it may have gone to my spam email. That was not the case, and it didn't help that the staff was very nonchalant about the situation. Not the greatest customer service. It's upsetting because I was referred by a friend and I had to let them know about my experience and take my business elsewhere. I hope they use this review to make some changes on how they operate.

My order was received processed in a timely manner. The wrong power cord was sent however, the correct power cord was sent the following week. Great customer service representatives and smooth process.

Needed laptops for classroom education activities and wanter something reasonably current but within a tight budget. The grade C Dell E6520 core i5 systems were perfect and the price was much better than elsewhere for refurbished laptops that included batteries and power adapters.

The staff called several times to update me on the order and confirm that I'd take 7 versus the 8 I had ordered when one laptop did not pass quality testing. Laptops arrived about two days after shipping, well wrapped and in good shape. Despite being C grade with a few cracks in the plastic it was clear these systems were well cleaned and tested not just thrown in a box and shipped.

All the systems powered up and met or exceeded the specs advertised. I will definitely keep PC Liquidations in mind for future training lsptop needs.
