I ordered two identical monitors, there were only two left. One was sent but the other was not because it didn't make the grade. Someone called me and we discussed the situation. They gave me a RMA for the one that I received and arranged to have two others sent out for the same price. I appreciated the concern for making things right.

We were able to search what type of laptops we needed we even called ahead of time and the representative was very knowledgeable and friendly we received the items the next business day and they work perfectly.

I ordered a well-priced refurbished HP Z27 from this company. We had some hiccups when the monitor got damaged during shipping twice, but Customer Services was quick to provide a return label for the broken monitor and ship out a new one on both occasions.

The monitor is setup, and you couldn't tell it's refurbished due to being in "Grade A" condition.

The desk top computer work good. I just need an adapter for me to connect it to my monitor.
Though I was able to install the bluetooth software. I cannot connect my iPhone 11 to
The desktop. If it's an android phone, you can easily check the android option but the iPhone option is shaded gray that you cannot click it to connect. Can you help?

Pleasant experience. The only downside was shipping was pretty expensive. This has nothing to do with quality of goods recieved. The monitor we bought arrived in great shape and of good quality. A solid experience.

I received two products designated as being for the same phone. The desi is the right product but I never received the plastic overlay and instead got a different desi that appears to be for a different phone

The grade C monitor looks pristine grade A. However, the display port connection does not work, although the monitor recognizes there is a cable connected. The monitor does 'work' connecting to the 30 year old technology VGA connector. I wouldn't write this if the description of a grade C device discusses technical functions. The grades only mention visual cosmetics, not lack of functions.

Ordered online, very easy to use web site. Quick and easy received order no problem. The prices are great also.

I am happy with the tower I bought. I was exactly what I expected from the description. It was shipped in a sturdy box with heavy duty cushioning. I would absolutely buy again. I was also surprised that it did not come loaded with the bloatware I have become resigned to when I buy a new computer.

The charger looked a little worn down, but the surface tablet was in top shape, no scratches or dents, OS works perfectly with no hiccups for my daily email checks, web browsing, and some light casual gaming. Great value for less than $300, cannot get a better value anywhere else.

So far it is working as it should. Over all it looks to be in very good shape. Much nicer than I was expecting. I have bought a few computers from these people. Had problems with one and they took care of it pretty fast.
