THIS IS THE SECOND KEYBOARD I HAVE ORDERED IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS.
THE EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS TOP NOTCH.

Have ordered a few times and have had good service each time, one delivery was shipped to an old address (my fault I didn't double check that ship to and bill to were both changed) was prompt in their response and I wasn't charged for the error.

Selling slightly used electronic equipment is a tough business as I imagine it, and when I received a dock that did not work as it should have... I called and PCLiquidations responded instantly with a replacement part on the way the same day, they also sent a shipment label for the return, it was a great customer service experience despite the defective unit.

My order was easily handled by the rep. I paid via a Visa Gift Card, which I expected would be troublesome. The rep seemlessly implemented a work around that satisfied my need and completed the transaction. The 10 day delivery was actually 4 business days. Laptop is working well for me.

Needed a restored retro PC that supported an old VGA monitor. The rep took all of 30 seconds to send me a link to what turned out to be the perfect machine. Ordering was a breeze, shipping was exactly as described, and the restored machine was in near perfect condition. Absolutely will be back!

We ordered two monitors come to find out only one was in stock. They credited need the one item not in stock and substituted another monitor charged me for it, and we have yet to receive it. This is my second email explaining this.

I expected to receive a beat-up tower but it was nothing like that. There was a screw rattling around but it came out without a problem. The unit appears to be in good shape pending powering up. So far I am well satisfied with the unit

Website was easy to use. Everything was in stock. Shipping was fast.

Ordered a Lenovo Thinkpad (Grade C) and I have been satisfied with the quality that I received. It was just as Lenovo advertised, with topical defects noticeable but all internal components working well. I will be purchasing another laptop from PC Liquidations

Product came on time. Was not informed that item required additional DC adapter. Had to order separately, very inconvenient.

The ordering was easy. I'm pretty tech everything challenged but order the correct product, paid and received quickly. It was something i desperately needed and couldn't find anyplace else so to say I'm delighted is an understatement.

The representative was very helpful on the phone to get our order placed and helping with getting our tax exempt status applied. Order came quickly and the part did the trick. We were very glad to be able to get the part for an older system to keep us up and running.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience. The price and quality of the laptop were excellent. The purchase process was smooth, and the product was shipped and received in a very timely manner. I highly recommend PC liquidations.

There were no issues ordering and receiving the PC. Once received, though, I never got past that "HP Sure Start" or whatever it's called. Luckily, I'm an old pro (literally) at this, and booted it with one of my Windows10 boot sticks.
