I have found Pitney Bowes to be the slowest company to make sure your package is handed to the USPS for timely deliveries. They never update the tracking information so you never know where or when to expect your package but I can assure you it will not come on the day it's expected. I'm sick of my packages being left on the floor in a warehouse somewhere on the floor for days or on a truck that never seems to move! Tracking your package with this company is like waiting for a snail to move! Will not shop with retailers who use this company for their transportation needs it's just not worth the headache or trouble! I know you can do better but then again maybe you can't and I am a very unsatisfied customer with your service
As a Veteran I like supporting veteran owned small businesses. However, I've notice that on a recent order I placed on a June 2 was shipped via Pitney Bowes. GS usually shipped other larger logistics companies and packages usually arrived within 3-5 business days. As of June 14, it still has not arrived. How is a small order taking up to 8 business days to arrive? Not sure if it's due to higher rates from inflation but Grunt Style really needs to change their logistics company if they don't want to piss off veterans. Veterans are loyal customers for veteran owned businesses but we won't give you a second chance if you piss us off. Go back to using FedEx, UPS, or he'll even USPS!
No clue why USPS even uses these bums. It's like a black hole for packages. My latest package that went through this place has been sitting there 11 days with no contact from PB and no updates. I could probably deliver packages faster on my bike.
Bought a package pitney got it never delivered ended up canceling and getting the seller to refund my money thanks to pitney Bowes 1962 nos original fender skirt for pontiac parisienne was misplaced and lost and of course can't be replaced in that quality
I think that shipping using Camels is more efficient than using this company, once your parcel arrive their station, it becomes isolated from the world. Very high cost for shipping with the worst service provided.
Better to put your childrens name in case if you passed away before you receive your shipment.
Order with Amazon. Package locations have gaps as to where they are. PB blames Covid for them not being able to provide daily updates on shipment. Poor service for a supposedly professional Courrier.
I think they're lost and don't know what they're doing
Days pas without knowing where packages are
Satisfied with the cooperation, the team took into account all the wishes and completed the order quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
They have people on auto pilot. Reading off a script and not training what customer service really is. Maybe I'm just old school and I remember customer service was just that, the ones you call with questions or concerns. We'll don't expect that here. I would be ashamed to be a part of their team. Needless to say they won't get any more of my hard earned money ever again.
Anytime I have ever had a package shipped to me thru Pitney Bowes, it has taken weeks to be received. And they rarely update the tracking info, usually the day it miraculously appears. Worse shipping company!
Who do you have to know to get a business that locks clients in with dubious fees and and rental machines for 5 years with no way of ever speaking to someone on the north american continent? Everything about this company is whats wrong in todays society
I just, stopped buying from America due to them, why on earth would I pay some Gangster style *3rd Party* operation, that should have no involvement in my 2 Party transaction, especially as they cause me & many others more problems along the way, they add absolutely no value to my transactions, for a hefty 'added' price!? (straight up Gangster practices, in fact, just check the names of the CEO'S for confirmation, because *It's ALWAYS In The Names!*)
Have been waiting about a month for a package to arrive. Tracking updates are just wrong, and keeps changing. It shows they've shipped my package back and forth across the country several times, yet they don't know where it is. No answer when you call, and they refer back to the vendor (the company who hired them). I know we're having issues in the world, but I get packages from all different sources and different carriers no problem. What poor service.
I started having issues with the office postage meter at the beginning of the year. Calling customer service is BEYOND frustrating. Not only is the automated menu irritating, but when you get an actual person on the line, they are of no help whatsoever. I was on the phone over an hour and transferred 3 times and was eventually hung up on so I had to start all over. Even requesting a copy of our lease contract online is impossible. There has to be better service for what we pay every month. I haven't used our meter all month and have put in 3 trouble calls. None of which are resolved. AND I will still have to pay the lease this month even though we are essentially without postage. Worst experience ever with a company. If no stars were a choice... that's what they'd get.
I am a drop shipper and this company is ruining my business. Packages not being delivered, no way to do real follow ups...seems they end in a black hole in space somewhere. Have had 4 orders that I have had to refund pi$$ed off clients and lost money as seller would not refund me after 1.5 months of arrival in the USA. Absolute garbage. They deserve a zero star.
We closed our account as our contract was up and didn't want to renew it Our Rep took care of it and we returned the equipment and received a refund of postage meter (August) February the following year, I am still calling and trying to stop the bills form coming in! We have no machine or contract with them! No one speaks proper English. Quite difficult to understand them and when we ask for a manager, not one can be found. I have been on hold for over an hour at times. Worst company to do business with! Use Stamps. Come over them!
Pitney Bowes is another one of these large companies that have no compassion for smaller companies who have been with them for decades. When Covid hit, our company had to change our business model to remain viable. This change resulted in us not needing our postage meter. When we contacted Pitney Bowes about early termination, their only option was to pay the remaining payments early and to pay an early termination penalty. This was such a ridiculous offer that it's not worth explaining further. Pitney Bowes easily earns a 1-star from this very disappointed, long-time customer.
Order was placed 1/31/22, as of today 2/26/22 still no package. It was supposed to take 7-10 business days max to be delivered. The package made it to my state and then somehow got sent across the country to Nevada Terrible service. Terrible customer service. I hope I never have to deal with them again.
I would strongly recommend you find someone else for your postage needs. This company has terrible customer service. Everything is about the bottom dollar to them. They are just an entity that cares nothing about their customers. You will be charged feeds that are completely out of line. Then when you try to find answers, you will be told too bad.
I ordered such small and simple things as vitamins online from target.com, which could have easily been shipped by USPS but instead that place shipped my package through pitney bowes, now fearing the worst with several bad experiences with that company where it took five months to receive my package and months of other delayed packages where I lost hope of ever receiving, now that I know that target.com uses pitney bowes as one of there shipping partner, I will never be placing a order online from target again.
So my package was sent out on December 28 and has been at Pitney bows since. Well now that I know that it's a bunch of sand monkeys, I'm pretty sure my package was stolen opened and they have sold my items thats how they they get their items to sell! Instead of blocking Mexican as is we need to be blocking middle eastern haji's.
Answer: I didn't. The company I ordered from uses them. I would not choose to ship through Pitney Bowes.
Answer: They are a scam they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
