Do not do business with this company. Horrible customer service. When you call to cancel they will act like the phone line isn't working, put you on hold multiple times and then hang up on you.
I ordered two bras from this company. Took 2 months to get here. The bras are the worst. Nothing like the commercials. No return info. Don't order anything off line anymore. Unless it's a known company like Amazon
I got a strange email from Pitney Bowes claiming that I was late with a payment on the lease of my postage machine. I just spent half an hour trying to find out what that was about (I confirmed that my payment was made on time). It seems that they are billing me for insurance, that I opted out of when I got their machine. Now they say that they don't have the information. Only way I was able to find that out was to go to their Chat, and finally got their chatbot to allow me to speak to a real person (I think). They sent out an email to where I need to send my insurance information (which was previously provided to them). I hate the fact that there is no one else I can use for postage (all of the other companies out there SUCK EVEN MORE)! This country has gone way downhill - We are limited to very few companies and they do not care about anything at all.
This company has the worst phone number to reach customer service. A temporary employee signed the renewal for this machine for 5 years and it has cost us $6,000. You cannot cancel early and if you want to you can't reach their customer service, it hung up on me 5 times but if you want to renew your contract there are several links and ways to do this. This is a SCAM company that needs to get shut down and removed from ripping people off. DON'T sign up! Read Better Business Bureau reports and do yourself and your company a favor and don't even talk to this company.
Ordered some valentines items and clothing for my children. Items shipped on Jan 31. Said it would arrive between Feb 6 and 13. Today is Feb 13, no package at all. They rarely update the tracking so you have no idea where you packages are. Extremely disappointed in this company because thanks to their crappy service my children will not have their valentines outfits for tomorrow. This place should be shut down. Completely and utterly useless company.
Poor tracking and long delay. The package move a bit then it get stuck somewhere for a week or more the it moves a little again and so on. This is by far the worst transporter I have ever had to deal with.
I've just started an online business and I have already had several items I can not track down. One of my biggest orders was never updated after personally delivering it to the carrier. And since the tracking number is not part of the carriers tracking system, i can't file a proper lost claim. It is infuriating and an unreliable service
Whenever I get tracking with Pitney Bowes I get ready for complications. They have no customer service number for package tracking, they do not provide tracking numbers for the carrier they are completing a delivery through, and you better hope to god an international shipment is not going through them. Complete nightmare. They should get -5 stars.
Every time I order something and the company uses "Pitney Bowes" i already know its going to take longer than the date the actual company gave. Like if you order something and it says its going to get there on May 10th be prepared to wait til next month. Terrible service. I dont know why companies use them as a carrier. Horrible decision ever made.
This company is really not worth a penny. Horrible customer service they don't know how to provide you with a straight answer and enjoy putting customers on long wait times. Each customer service person you speak to is rude and can't understand English.

It takes way too long for products to get to you. I ordered something since December 31st. Today is the 15th of January and I don't have my damn package. It is absolutely ludicrous and I won't be ordering anything from anyone who uses Pitney Bowes for delivery. Sloppy service
Last october they made a mistake. They asked me to go to bank hundreds times. The bank phones them. Wrote a letter, print our the statement for them. But they kept saying that the did not receive my payment. After about 2 months they said that they found the payment. But they did not refund me in full. I asked again and again, now 2 months later they still owe me 84.00.GBP. Terrible experience. I lost a lot business. There is no compensation. Now i only want my money back.
Stay away from Pitney Bowes. There customer service is atrocious and that is only when you are able to actually get a hold of someone.
They claim to lock you into a contract and pricing is outrageous. Find another postal company and stay away from Pitney Bowes!
I ordered a dress and shoes on temu. Which I've made multiple orders before and they shipped through UPS. This time they used pitney bowes. I received my package and there was a slit along the side and instead of my dress and shoes there was a USB charger and screws. Extremely unhappy and don't understand why company's use them.
I ordered from the Crocs website, which was my first mistake. They were shipped out 03/03 and had an estimate to be delivered 03/12, and I found out they were being shipped with Pitney Bowes. Never once heard of this company prior, and doing my research doesn't help the case at all either because it's all been bad things about this company. I'm assuming they've lost my package because everybody else on the Croc's website got their shoes, but not me. I attempted to navigate their website for a contact option to let them know if it's possible they can track it down, but it only lets you contact them if you're a seller. They've been in the same spot since 03/07. I'm not able to request for a lost mail application either, sucks.
Pitney Bowes has not 1 not 2 but 3 of my packages and none of them have been updated for tracking in the past 14 days... This is completely unacceptable. They're just showing as in route to next destination doesn't elaborate were that is, doesn't elaborate when they left for transit. The only solid thing I can go on is that USPS is still awaiting my packages.
Savage x fenty claims this is because of the holidays... there's absolutely no reason why my package should not have moved anywhere for 12+DAYS!
If you've ever seen how a bee or ant colony is constantly moving, never stopping, in what almost appears in a chaotic fashion... then you now know how it is to work at Pitney Bowes. Slow and steady does not win the race here. The supervisors are non-stop cracking that whip and saying you have to move faster and faster! It's slave labor to say the least.
It's been 3 weeks so far and this package has still not arrived. One week ago it was listed as out for delivery in my city. It never arrived. Then it switched to being in my city but In Transit with Destination Carrier. Still no delivery. I've had a dozen other packages arrive in the time since this was ordered, including things ordered just days ago. Pitney Bowes is the worst.
Tracking showed the arrival of my package almost 15 days counting with an estimated delivery given twice over a 10 day period. Understood is a significant volume of mail/packages go through the system but I consider the ridiculous part of the process being multiple estimated delivery dates and failing to deliver.
I have found Pitney Bowes to be the slowest company to make sure your package is handed to the USPS for timely deliveries. They never update the tracking information so you never know where or when to expect your package but I can assure you it will not come on the day it's expected. I'm sick of my packages being left on the floor in a warehouse somewhere on the floor for days or on a truck that never seems to move! Tracking your package with this company is like waiting for a snail to move! Will not shop with retailers who use this company for their transportation needs it's just not worth the headache or trouble! I know you can do better but then again maybe you can't and I am a very unsatisfied customer with your service
