Yeah this is a scam 100%. They lost my $1,100.00 package from back in September. It still shows it's in there warehouse til this day (December 1st 2023). Grrrrrrrrrrrrreat company Mr.Pitney Bowes. Hope you go bankrupt.

SCAM for sure without a doubt. Just look at the countless bad reviews online. Nothing but problems. Lost packages. No service. No updates. No phone to call. No e-mail. Nothing.
