HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! GOT HUNG UP TWICE WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND DID NOT SEND ME MY EQUIPMENT. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! AND THEY GET NEGATIVE STARS FOR BEING SO RUDE AND TRANSFERRING BACK AND FOURTH...
Pitney Bowes is the BIGGEST scam for shipping. The packages sit for weeks and weeks and the tracking is terrible with no consistency AT ALL. Some packages will come fast and others will take weeks, months or NEVER come at all! I really think people processing the packages are stealing certain goods and scamming eBay in the process because they know people will just refund the money through eBay buyer protection. The problem is, these thieves are stealing rare items like collectibles. Because of this I am rarely buying off eBay anymore who use this GSP garbage system. It is a total scam and should be investigated to the fullest extent of nation laws. BE CAREFUL!

La gran estafa al servicio de vendedores chinos, es lo peor que te puede suceder en una compra, si el vendedor utiliza los servicios de Yanwen Logistics y posteriormente te aparece Pitney Bowes, da por perdido tu dinero, es una estrategia de robo bien organizada, generan un numero de rastreo fantasma desde china en una pagina fantasma ( Yanwen) y luego a las escasos 6 a 10 dias aparecera otro numero de rastreo USPS, el paquete aparecerá entregado muy rápido o luego de una larga espera 2 o 3 meses, pero nunca sera entregado, eso se debe que Pitney Bowes genera una etiqueta de USPS para cuidar la espalda. Sufrí perdidas de mas de $300 por esta dupla, y lo mas grave muchos vendedores dentro de los estados unidos desde diciembre están usando esta trama para estafarnos en Ebay y al estar el articulo entregado no hay forma de reclamo posible.
