I was using paytm credit card Machine for my business, unfortunately I had to close down my business and since then Nov2021 i am asking paytm to cancel the services and take the machine back but I still have the machine and getting service charge every month. I have called the customer care number and sent emails several times but nothing is been done. I am fed-up and don't know what to do with this service charge. So guys be careful dealing with paytm as they will not deactivate your services once you take their services..
I ordered a Bluetooth watch but they given used product and not given label in that and I make return but they didn't accept because they want label rate of the product but they didn't given the label at the time of delivered this too worst company
They blocked My credit card which I use to fill my mobile wallet. They mentioned that it is their internal policy without explaining any.
There are many instances with softaare, money refund etc but i stuck with Paytm. But thank god with their policy of not allowing money recharge through my credit card, I stopped using paytm
Do not buy anything online from paytm...
1. All defective product is sold in paytm. I ordered arount 12 product. Out of that 10 was defective.
2. Customer care will not reply properly for your mails.
3. For the name sake return policy is there, but there is no return option for the product in paytm website.
Every time it is showing the payment is in the process,
If the balance is deducted from the bank, then why they don't add it into the paytm wallet. It is showing it takes 12 hours to add it to your account.
Then what is the use of this app if you have to wait for 12 hours for the simple process(recharge your phone).
It is easy to go to the nearest retailer to recharge your phone instead of waiting for 12 hours.
I'm trying call paytm customer care center I have no guidelines from my paytm app. After finding customer care number and I dialed to talk with customer care. Recording of voices only responding and not it is nor understanding my queries. How can I convey to machine. No human interaction machines only lead peoples to unsubscribe paytm.

I purchased a otg cable. They delivered me a without seal otg cable, which was old and broken inside. After that i returned that product but till now i didnt get new one and they are not responding at all. This is my second experience with paytm. I will give minus rating for paytm.
The paytm is not that much good
Yesterday i made a recharge, i got the recharge but the amount was deducted from my account for 2 recharge and i just got 1 recharge benefits.
Paytm need to improve and also takes care of the costumers satisfaction and if someone tells me to gave marks out of 10 then i just gave 3 to paytm.
I make one transaction of rs 2000 on 9 January 2022 payment goes failed but deducted from my paytm bank a/c i make many calls to paytm customer care and wrote the complaint on 24/7 paytm customer service. But i got big bad experiance no one responded. Till time my money not refund to me. And paytm customer care number is out of reach from my registerd number. How bad it is. Paytm is a fraud app.

This is some app which is not having customer care agents because they are busy in frauding bank accounts as if the mobile phone is stolen then the money in the bank account is stolen by fraud company called Paytm... Paytm don't order with paytm mall they cheated me for that They try to give lot of unnecessary reasons for order delivery mainly I want to say something they or cheating with customers.
Once u order they won't delivery the things before only they show deliverd your thing.
They won't take response for the things what u order
If any defective they won't accept returns also

When India started the cash less transaction Paytm started kidding, have tried to recharge Videocon d2h but getting error like http 499, http 503... really think about it not a radiculous service? Why I go for paytm. If this is internal issue what the engineer are doing to fix a small bug...

How on earth can you help your customers. No one to talk to, tell your problem. I am student and my 3000 rupees is STUCK with PAYTM. And they didnot send me any mails or get any calls.
Think twice before purchasing anything from paytm. I have a fcuking experience with these guys. I ordered a woodland shoe of cost RS 5295.
The sole of the shoe is damaged within 16 days. I do not have any doubts in the brand since I am using woodland for past 5 years. Actually I found the damage on 16th day. Yet I was told from the customer supporting team that you are not eligible for returns or replacement since 15 days over. I fcukedup. So it will be good to have a special agreement and policies with them before ordering anything costly. They are not even ready to think from user perspective. Still I do not know one thing, how they can enhance their business without having a good relationship with their users.
