I have added my email and i lost my wallet money and all transactions. I sent mail a week ago but didn't get any response. Only a single mail abiut thanks for contacting paytm. They have not refunded my money. Either they should call or mail regularly to inform to user.
I'm not going to use in future and never suggest anyone to use it.

I ordered one item so ordered accepted buy paytm and then after 8 day at the delivery day they cancle the item without my permission and say to me that your refunded will be in 48 hours... And say that item was not available it was too bad please dont use paytm ever

Very bad experience its asking mobile to send the opt and after entering its not accepting it.
I have already registered the mobile no so it should just send the opt so I can very and login. But its showing the error

Hi, Recently I have ordered a mobile Phone. Phone is delivered, but Camera quality is not at all good. I have compared My phone with the same phone ordered from other Site. I have raised a ticket as well For the same. One Associate came to my home, but he did not take my phone back & Just cancelled My request. It is really frustating. Worst services. Please Never purchase any thing from Paytm.
I bought a samsung galaxy phone from paytm about a month ago and it was delivered without charger, earphones,
Manual. The phone looked used and even the sticker on the phone was missing. I tried calling their customer care
And they redirected me to their website. After that they asked me to send pictures of the phone, packaging etc.
Then they asked me to send pics of the imei code. That was not clear enough so they asked me to resend
The pics. I was two three days late so they immediately closed the request! Apparently according to them delivering

I have booed one ticket from paytm and i asked to cancel it and refund my money i got the confirmation mail for the same then they are not refunding my money.
They are saying i am not eligible for refund but i have check terms and condition before asking for the refund.
I purchased a TV, it got delivered after 15 days. And after delivery no one came to install for next 3 days. When I asked this to Paytm they gave me a new number to call for the installation and when i tried that number 3 times it was coming busy. I have made the complain to Paytm not sure when my TV will get installed.
Please dont do online shopping with Paytm try out Flipkart, Aamzon, Snapdeal any thing but paytm. It is onle good for mobile recharge etc.

I was called 30 times but Paytm customer care not pick any once call. Paytm has very bad service refund regarding they not attend any call this is very very bad services
The support i got from the paytm customer care was bad. I had to wait for a week and half to get through with the return process. Assistance i got from the paytm customer support tested my full patience level!

On 26 the of oct 2016 I was send money from my paytm account to my own bank account at SBBJ. However, Money still not credited to my bank account. But in paytm showing success. Received a message for recharge and cashback offer of 150. And was given a promo code to recharge DTH again. End up rs 150 extra to use this cheap app. Suggestions please do not use this they are ceaters. And chet people by offering something and giving something. I requested for an early delivery on 11'th April and customer care told me that they will deliver this order within next 72 hours. But till now I have not received my order. I even contacted the delivery and asked to give me their office address in my location so that I can collect the order by myself but they aren't even giving me that. I have been calling paytm from last 6 days and I haven't received any help from Paytm as well as the delhivery side. This is very disappointing and I don't expect this kind of service from Paytm.
