Reasons to NOT to buy anything expensive from PayTM:
1. In case you cancel the order, they won't refund 100%. If you ask customer care guy, he will say 100% refund, but in practice they deduct 4% as processing fees.
2. Customer care service is Pathetic. You need to be very lucky, if you want to speak to customer care. Otherwise, you can send email, and they will replay in 24hrs.
3. You cannot see product reviews. You can only see, seller review and how many people bought it.

Go For Amazon or Flipkart. You can trust them.

I have registered for the refund of my 4300 from paytm wallet to my bank account. I got a message regarding successful refund of 4300 to my bank account. But no money has been transferred back yet. There is no money in my walket and in bank account as well. Where did the money vanish? This is extreme fraud and a complaint needs to be registered against them. What can someone do in case of an emergency? And there is no additional customer care support. This is the worst ive faced till now.

I had purchased new vivo v5 from paytm and it was delivered on 6th may on the very day i checked and i was unable to charge the battery due to some temperature low of the phone showing message like that. I have sent the complaint to the paytm site and they replied the person will collect the phone and the new phone will be reached u soon. But till today that phone is with me even they didn't message me about my query. When i again tried to call them they are saying go to the service centre and ask for job sheet. How fraud the paytm site is. How can they sit so quite to take my money for the defected phone which is not able to on. I will definitely not going to buy anything from paytm. This site is hoax.

Since i do not remember the password, i am trying to reset my account password. But now the only way to reset password is by calling the customer care number *******388. But i have been trying and the customer care number is always engaged. I have been trying to reach out *******@paytm.com but got a automatic reply that any issues sent to that mail id are not monitored any more. It would have been very comfortable if Paytm also would provide the option to reset the password through a password recovery email.

PayTM has a irritated bunch of customer service folks who are not ready to answer your quriy. I had order for an electronic item and that was delayed indefinitely even after the promised delivery date by PayTM. You can track your order directly on Xpressbees and they said due to a technical problem they could not deliver. PayTM customer service is even worst he said that you give me 48 hours to solve your case or cancel your order. This is the worst service that I have had from any ecommerce portal.

Paytm is no longer credible

Its an online fraudulent website

Service providers and paytm just take customers for a ride

Avoid wasting ur priceless time and money with paytm

Stranded in middle of now where courtesy universal travels ( if it exists) and paytm

I purchased a mens wallet from paytm, due to inside damage of the wallet, I have returned the wallet, I got refund also, but with in a hour they have deducted that amount from my paytm wallet, many time I tried to contact them, but it is always comes engage, I message also many times, but I got reply that I have spent that money somewhere else, still not result, being regular customer, it was very bad experience with paytm, they have eaten my money...
