I ordered a baby bag. The zipper was broken and the bottom was stained. I tried to follow the process for returns to do an even exchange. They offered a voucher for the site. I accepted it and the voucher was for $3.25! I requested a full refund on the order. After placing 10 orders in the last 3 months from this company I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE! There is no number to call and the customer service agent that replied was a damn robot, that needed me to grade her on her performance! After I responded that this was BS they decided because I was a valued customer that they would give me full refund in vouchers! Thw vouchers showed up in the form of five sites like this one, that I needed to give them a GOOD review on and then SCREENSHOT the written review in order to get the REFUND! That's crazy as hell but they will never get another dime of my money! They can keep those pennies! Their SCAMMERS that want recognition for good service, but their TRASH!
