In addition to the cuteness and the good quality of the clothes, I still can't believe the prices and the flash sales, they have a lot of attempting offers, in general its affordable for everyone.
I have the app it's annoying your items will say shipped then a week later you will get a email saying it was just shipped. Every time I try to check my order status the app says sorry for the delay in updating shipping status are team is looking into for you. I made 5 separate orders to give them a fair chance I have only received 1order. I got it last week I made my orders only a day or 2 apart. When you try to use customer service there kinda rude there only answer is usually telling you to be patient. Well fix the stupid don't tell me my orders will be here on some made up date just be honest
I had wrongly ordered and paid around 10 items (wrong sizes) and Rachel from Customer Service solved it so quickly:-)
Cheap, good quality, fast delivery (deffinitely improved from last year) and I needed to contact customer service which I expected no answer whatsoever, but hey, they responded like within a day and they were very easy to deal with.
