I have made several purchases on PatPat since my daughter was born last August, and I have no complaints for anything I've purchased. The prices are always really good, there seem to be sales every day, and I've now started buying baby accessories from PatPat too, because they have some things I'd never seen before but have made mom life so much easier. The products all have a lot of reviews, and there are a lot of thorough reviews discussing pros and cons of the items. I have included two pictures - one is a collage of my favorite non-clothing items from PatPat, and the second is my daughter in the cutest romper! Although I took about 15 pictures, this was the best balance between a blurry face or blurry body.
I had an issue with a couple items I ordered, so I contacted customer support. CASSEYLENE was extremely helpful in solving my issue, replying very quickly, and finding a solution that I was very happy with!
I received good service from Hazel. I got missing parcel when i let them know they gave me full refund
I placed an order in October last year and have not received my order yet, I have contacted support and have not been assisted since. I am very disappointed and will not recommend any of my friends and family to order from Patpat. The sad part is that I now cannot even see my order on their app. I would it appreciate someone would contact me via my email (*******@icloud.com or *******@gmail.com) to advise on my refund or voucher as I doubt my kids would fit on the clothes I ordered more than 6 months ago.

My patpat assistant was able to provide me with information that resolved my difficulty almost immediately. They were helpful, polite, and motivated. I couldn't be happier.
The sizing were very inconsistent the same size can be either too small or too big! The fabric were stiff and cheap, some of the button holes werent punched and it feels like unfinished product. Horrible! They promptly refunded my money when I complaint! Stick to well-known brand like Carters/OshKosh! Their fabric is so much softer and higher quality for your baby skin. I read in a form this company stole designs from etsy and market it as their own.
They were heavily marketed to expecting women. Beware when you see these ads...

I purchased something from this company off a friend's registry and after unsubscribing FIVE TIMES I am still receiving their emails. I don't have a child. And Pat Pat doesn't know if these emails are just annoying or trigging something much deeper. Either way, for a company to disregard this request feels at best incompetent and at work blatantly disrespectful. It's not worth it.
