I was a bit sceptical with purchasing my newborn clothes on the site but surprisingly when my order arrived I was amazed!
The quality of the clothes is amazing and I don't regret even a single thing with my purchase.
Even though I had trouble with the logistics company that they used and the customs clearance tax, one of the PatPat team members, RACHEL was kind enough to assist me and and the matter got resolved in a very professional manner.
PatPat made sure that I am happy with everything! Not to mention their app that is easy to access!
Online Shopping has never been this exciting.

It was great experience to order clothes from pat pat.
There was a issue with our order as few of the items were missing however Romel from their support team escalated the issue further and got us refund for the missing item.

I ordered 3 outfits and a pair of shoes and my little girl doesn't like the green on 2 outfits. I emailed to send them back and Rachel was so awesome she said keep them and she will just get me a refund! This made my day and I'm going to go order 2 outfits outfits she wants. Love Patpat!

Great quality clothing and you can't beat the prices! Shipping was good and they keep you updated with shipping as well so you know when you can expect your order. There are always sales which is amazing and the clothes fit true to size

PatPat offers a large selection of items. I love when they allowed extreme discounts on items. Where the item may only be a few cents! I have personally enjoyed the women's maternity and nursing section. My favorite are the nursing sweatshirts with zippers. As well as many baby items! Customer service has been very efficient and helpful. The one representative I worked with was Elaine. And She was prompt at returning me emails and outlined clear instructions for my refund.
