Hello. I discovered this site through its various promotions on Instagram. I don't know anyone who's ever made a purchase but I decided to trust my instincts and then I placed a two hundred dollar order. The order had arrived safely, but my country's regulations required me to pay customs clearance fees, which I was not aware of. Seeing that I had not received my goods on time on the agreed date and had promises to keep, I contacted Pat Pat by email and was assisted throughout the process by a nice agent named RACHEL, She was super patient and even helped me recover 50% of the customs clearance fee I had to pay to make up for all the delay it must have taken. I love the customer service, regarding the clothes, I did not expect so much, they are pretty, good quality and are made to measure. I had nothing against Pat Pat for my first order. However, I have a second order in progress that I should receive in two days but I have the impression that it will take an extra week, that is to say twenty-two days in total. I really hope that won't be the case.
In closing, long live Pat pat.

Very poor service and I will never order from patpat again. I paid for express service in October and now is November and I still haven't received my package. I hate this stupid company they are thieves and very dishonest. Is either I get my package or my money back asap.
Ordered through pat pat but one item was the incorrect size. JUNABELLE was very helpful helping me sort this problem. Would definitely recommend!
