Pat Pat customer service is above and beyond most companies today. I received my package in a timely matter, the clothing is of very good quality and when I had a question, they went over and beyond to resolve the problem. I would recommend this company if you are looking for childrens clothing. Very cute clothes and good quality.

I have found my go to site! Never had to return anything but for the first time I did and not because of quality but because my 6 year old is husky and I should of went up a size. Saying that to say I love patvpat for my whole family!

I ordered clothes from patpat for my daughters first Christmas well over two months ago…. Still haven't received my package. I've contacted them multiple times and got no answers. They can't even tell me when my package will arrive. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered a few sets of family matching outfit here at patpat because I was thinking of having a family portrait for this holiday season and of course, I got to update my profile pic. But anyways, I have the app on my phone and helps me keep track of my order history, shipping and added perks. Delivery wise, it takes longer than the usual orders to get here in US but to be fair, they will provide you the estimate of deliveries. Mine came in on time and the packaging was decent. Each clothing was individually wrapped in a ziplock bag. Size wise, the dress that I ordered fits like a glove to me. I wear size Small (I usually wear size 4). My husband on the other hand was on the bigger side. He is tall and bulky. He prefers to use size XXL (or bigger). I wish they offer much bigger sizes for men. For my kids, my 5yo ( 48 lbs, 3ft 9.5 tall) is quite bigger and taller, he could fit kid size 6-7 rather than size 5-6. It will definitely give him more room. For my 12mo old he is (21 lbs, 2ft 5 tall) the clothes that I ordered fits just right as well. Customer service was amazing! Thanks to Kim B for helping me exchange my order and answering my questions promptly and in timely manner! I was worried that my email would get ignored, but I was wrong. She was polite and had resolved my issue right away. Will recommend patpat and will definitely order more cute outfits from them.
My daughter's Christmas dresses were in limbo at the same destination for over a month, I reached out to Logistics and within an hour or they reach back out to me. They sent me a new order, and Rush delivery. So it will get here by Christmas! I'm very very pleased with them! I've always bought my daughter's clothes from them and they get here within a week or two, they're very cute very well-made and I always get compliments off of them.

A very kind and professional team address the concerns with prompt response. My query resolved in a professional and helpfull way which i love about pat pat.
1. Tons of cute options! I'm a fan of matching family outfits, so having a whole category dedicated to it makes me happy.
2. The delivery was faster than I expected. I think initially it said it would take 2-3 weeks to come in, but I received all my orders thus far within about a week.
3. The sizing is accurate. For the most part, I size up for my little guy because he's tall for his age, but there have been a few things I've bought at his current size and they fit without issue.
4. FLASH SALES ARE WORTH IT!
I've purchased our matching Christmas outfits and love them! Also purchased another matching family option that I'm excited to put to use!
I purchased some cloths on PatPat and the cloths were good quality. I also had a concern and ELISA from customer service helped me to resolve it. Great customer service.
