I recently had some great customer service from Vin at PatPat, I needed to return an item & I was helped right away & my return was processed immediately, I'm very impressed.
Bought something last night and had a change of mind, so I emailed them to cancel the order within 1 hour. They don't have a button on their site to cancel it easily (please improve on that). However, the next day got a reply from their CS with my order cancellation. Might try out their site again when they have a promotion.
