Hola! Siempre compro en patpat desde que descubrí esta tienda quede encantada, mi bebe luce encantadora y a la moda. En esta ocasión pedí 2 mamelucos y un vestido pero vino todo reducido y no le quedaron suelo pedir un talla mas pero realmente era reducido le explique el asunto a patpat y Cleo me ayudo con un reembolso sin devolución porque vivo en Ecuador y sería realmente costoso pagar de nuevo, mucho más que el producto, así que les recomiendo solo fijarse en los comentarios y en las medidas casi siempre son reales.

My experience at Patpat has been excellent. I buy clothes for my child and they are beautiful and of excellent quality. On the other hand, the agents of the Help Center, especially MARY, have always answered my questions in an efficient and cordial way. I highly recommend buying from this store.
I was shocked when my order came within a week so I ordered again cause I thought this website was good. My second order… cargo has been broken down for 9 days now! I ordered October 29 and it's currently November 25. Almost a month. I ordered for a holiday to give to my baby cousin and well it's way past that holiday now. Aunt said I can give it on his birthday, December 4, but It's probably not even gonna come by then! You can't even contact customer service, it's just a stupid voice chat thing that barely helps. I asked for where exactly my package was and all I got sent was that cargo was broken and they are trying to fix it. As if I don't already know! Even worse is I can't cancel my order. Seriously disappointed and won't be ordering from here again. I don't even know if my order is even in the U.S.

I am satisfied with the services from Patpat generally ranging from their products, packaging, services. The customer care is equally satisfactory totally. I really appreciate PAM specially for handling my customer care issues with speed and precision. My issues got resolved even much sooner than I expected. Thank you so much, PAM. The only backdrop I have with Patpat is how long it takes for my orders to get to me. Maybe because I am in the Netherlands? I am guessing Patpat is not in the same country as I am and therefore the long time it takes for my orders to arrive.
I was very satisfied not only with the products themselves (nice colours, material,… etc) but the service from PatPat team was exclusive. I ordered a few clothes for my baby, but the jumpsuit was too small. So I asked if it would be possible to exchange it. As they did not have a bigger number, they were so kind to offer me a full price refund without wanting me to send the jumpsuit back.
The communication with the service team was extraordinary and they responded quickly and organised everything as they have promised.
Especially Rahmel was very helpful, but also the rest of the team did their job very well.

I have been using PatPat for my son for the last 2 years and am very much satisfied with clothes quality and prices. Their customer service is great too. This site has cute boys clothes which are difficult to find in other brands. They even have some variety of clothes for moms like us
