Firstly they take 1 month to deliver. If you ordr clothes beforehand. Clothes are always bigger. Tried clothes after 30 days and sizing was the worst i have ever seen of any baby clothes. Then they deny to return. Poor quality and worst fitting.

I had Received my order and went to try it on it was too small. I contacted customer service and they were eager to help. They said that they didn't want me to pay for return shipping but would Return my money to my account and I could keep the product.

I don't even have a real tracking number and there's no way to get in touch with them because they say there's a customer service chat available from 9 am to 4 pm but it always say no one is available. This company is super unprofessional and I honestly feel like I just threw away my money ordering with them.

Patpat is the best and most reliable plate form to shope for your kids almost if not all of my kids clothes are from patpat they are true to size and great quality my friend never when to the store for her baby's stuff before she delivered her baby she got all her baby clothes from patpat
