I ordered Christmas pajamas from there and it was guaranteed delivery by December 23rd. When I reached out after it was past when they said it would be delivered, they told me they were unable to provide me with my merchandise and would not be able to offer me a refund. Complete scam do not buy
Y'all worked with me thru a minor issue and had my original purchase in hand. I thought that was long gone and non-existent but thankfully all was fixed. The issue was on my part. I didn't check that my address was incorrect. I just ordered because originally it was my previous address(I never had a problem before) &I changed it. That's when I didn't check if it was correct. They finally helped me w/ my order. I was ok that my order has some missing items but that's ok. I am thankful. Y'all have good deals, and an easy app. I don't have pictures to add yet. Baby boy will be here soon! I wish I could add pictures.

I still don't have proof of purchase for the lost package but... I will add my previous one that I do have proof of. Patpat the only one with my latest purchase that was a mess... I wish I screenshot my latest messy purchase.
I recently bought some stuff for my baby, quality and design is incomparable. My baby loves to wear comfortable and soft dresses and here i get it all at pat pat. Firstly, I thought it may take months to arrive so did not want to order here but by looking at cute designs, I could not resist and ordered it and I was so surprised that my order arrived sooner than expected.

I have been both gifted and bought PatPat clothing for my baby girl. The clothing is cheaply priced and made me hesitant at first, but then they arrived I was amazed at the quality and detail! The outfits/clothing are exactly as shown. The material of clothing has never even bothered my daughters sensitive skin. I had one issue once ordering where the item I got didn't really match the size and their customer service was extremely helpful and quick and sent a replacement right away! Love this company!
I have purchased for the last couple of years PatPat for our family for Christmas. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but never again. If you are ordering you best get 1 to 2 sizes larger than you normally wear. Pants are somewhat cut small but the XL shirt in Women's is like a medium. Also the material is very rayon/polyester and seems very hot even in winter. Not comfortable. They have a big variety and size choice but I am going to start early and try to find something that has some cotton that is somewhere absorbent and cooler. I have been disappointed for the last time.
