I ordered on patpat.it a couple of amazing animalier dresses for me and my doughter and unfortunately the fit was not as expected (too big for me, too small for my baby) I contacted the patpat Customer service and they replied immadiately trying first to understand what was the issue and then proposing me a full refund without sending back the 2 dresses.
I can recommend the very Good esperience i had with KUENZLER, the CS lady that helped me in a very professional way, solving my issue in few days.
I would for sure buy again!

The 7 items arrived within a couple og weeks but unfortunately they were very crushed and will all need ironing before given to my great grandchildren. I was disappointed with the cost when transverted to Australian currency.
Wanted to return some items and after contacting support I got a reply from CRYSTAL which was very quick.
At the beginning I was a pitnpissed that I needed to send email to return the items since I was used to just go to the post office
To my surprise CRYSTAL told me that I don't need to actually return the items while they could actually send me the money back

The website has issues with running slow, error messages popping up, and somehow I got charged for an order when I had more than one error message pop up but the customer service was great at handling the situation and getting me my refund

I was shopping for matching family Christmas pajamas and each one I tried to buy the website said was sold out. It didn't say sold out until I got to the payment form so I tried 3 of them. All 3 said sold out but I still got charged and the orders shipped to me. I had already bought others so I didn't want these anymore and I emailed customer support. They offered a 50% refund and to keep the items but I stated that since it was the websites malfunction I wanted a full refund and to return the items. They put in a request for my refund and one week later I got a email saying that it was accepted and I also didn't need to return the items to cause less inconvenience. I'm really impressed with the way they handled this and will be using this website more often. Susie B was very helpful
I had an old address saved and didn't realize it. I had press buy and saw that it was the wrongs address. I immediately emailed PatPat support. Phoebe replied quickly and resolved my issues by updating the correct address before it was shipped. Thank you!

I ordered 2 shirts and 2 leggings from Patpat none of the clothes had fit and SHAMIAH was very nice and resolved the issue I had. Good quality clothes and very nice people. Highly recommend!
