Its 15 days and my refund isn't in my account as yet. I have been constantly emailing you guys and your telling me to check with my bank and the bank didn't recieve a deposit from you guys. I do online banking and I am not even seeing it to. You can't treat customer who support you like that. I need to know about my money is it mines I work for it

Ich hatte unter anderem ein Pyjama-Familien-Partnerlook-Set bestellt, von dem nach dem Kauf leider ein Teil doch nicht lieferbar war. Ich bekam eine freundliche Entschuldigungsmail mit einem Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung.
Zudem passte mir ein anderes Teil meiner Bestellung nicht. Also nahm ich Kontakt auf zum Kundenservice (Karmi), der mir sogar für das nicht passende Teil eine Erstattung versprach.

Patpat is a great online store where I can find every kind of baby clothing and accessories. I shopped 7/8 times from patpat and every time I got so many coupons and discounts codes. Everything is very cheap and high quality brand. I will definitely buy more from patpat. I love doing shopping from patpat.
I made my first order and had it sent to a access point but a new employee sent it back not knowing to accept it. Reynac with the custom service team got it together and got it back out for me. I'm excited and can't wait to get our items.
