Great experience with PatPat. Adorable clothes (mostly bought toddler & baby clothes, but also a nursing -friendly shirt & hair accessories). Kids' clothes run small and have been decent quality; all very cute & great prices. Customer service has been excellent & extremely prompt.

I had ordered an item that unfortunately didn't fit my baby and since they didn't have it in any other size they decided to refund the money for this item. I was very pleased with how JAMES, the man resolving my problem, handled the situation. He was very understanding and did a very good job in finding a suitable solution. It's the first time I've sent a complaint and overall am very happy with the outcome
I will keep this sort - Ordered a pair of matching pyjamas as a Christmas gift on November 27th. They shipped it December 6th and by Christmas I had not received it. I contacted them to check what is going on - they gave me robotic answers to tell me it was on its way. After missing new years eve as well, I contacted them again to see if we had any more information and to express my disappointment for not receiving in time, without however asking for anything more. They apologised profoundly and offered me a refund, one I didn't ask for, but I was happy to receive, cause it was clear that something didn't go as planned. Only to contact me 5 days later to inform me that the declined the refund after all (which again they offered on their own), because the item was shipped on December 6th and was well within the timeframe that they originally mentioned which (a) a total lie and (b) and more importantly, not my issue.
I know that it has been hard for everyone and delays are expected - I 've ordered many items and had similar experiences - this is not the point of this story. Having a good support matters, and in this case its not that they didn't give me my money back. Its the fact that they offered it and then took it back. If an agent of their own offered a refund that they shouldn't have, they must reprimand their agent, not punish their customer.
I love patpat. I have bought over 100 items from cloths to books to toys and everything has been amazing. Material is very good quality, stitching is good, colors are great & prices are even better. Size runs little big I feel but not much. I had great experience with April G. In costumer service when needed, fast response and amazing resolution. Shipping has been fast, I ship to different states and have not had any issues. Definitely recommended
