I ordered clothes for my grandchildren in October for Christmas and never received them. Contacted the company they said they had been delivered. Called USPS they never received the package. Contacted PatPat again and they refused to help and refused my money back. Will never order from them again and would never recommend them to anyone. Their loss because I have 6 grandchildren.
Prices are amazing (very cheap for the quality of clothing)
I was hesitant on first purchasing due to the low prices however I'm absolutely over the moon to of found PatPat. I will no longer shop elsewhere for mine and my childrens clothing. Thank you for every order I've received!

The customer service at PatPat is phenomenal. I lost track of my confirmation email and couldn't remember when they would arrive. I knew it was around a certain date. When I reached out, they responded right away and gave me what I needed to know. When it came, the shirts were adorable (and high quality), just too small. Karmi gave me exceptional service! In all the purchases I've made from PatPat, for the very first time, there was a small flaw in one of my items; and after following their very simple steps for exchange, I received a note from Karmi, in Customer Service, less than 24 hours later. The note stated they were sending a replacement immediately. Since this jumper was to be a Valentine's gift, I was pleased I wouldn't have to fight for it.
