I've ordered from PatPat multiple times. The first couple orders took about 30 days (to PA, USA). My most recent orders were here within 1-2 weeks. I LOVE their clothing! They're good quality, especially for the prices. I'm really impressed with their winter clothing. The materials are so thick and soft! Even the summer clothes are great! PatPat also has an amazing points system to get vouchers and promos for money off orders. Their kid sizing is accurate, I haven't tried adult clothing yet... it's in my next order. I highly recommend PatPat!
I accidentally order duplicates of one outfit and contacted their customer support to see if they could help they reaponded the next day with option as to how i could handle my mistake and the issue was resolved.
