Amazing customer service, one item arrived and it was the wrong size but they helped me resolve the issue quickly and told me they didn't want me to worry about having to pay for shipping cost and to keep the item and refunded me the money as the other size was out of stock Items arrived quickly and great quality for the price!

I love all the outfits I received for my newborn son. My experience with baby boy clothing was dull until PatPat. So many exciting and well thought out fashions!

I had a voucher to redeem against and order that I had completely forgotten about and that has expired. I reached out to their customer service team and they instantly agreed to have it extended for another couple of months so that I could use it. It would have otherwise been $40 down the drain so I was very happy and thankful that they reinstated it so quickly and easily.
