I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund with no response. I received a email telling me the logistics carrier could not deliver my items, and it would be shipped back out. NO, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. MY SON WILL NOT FIT THE CLOTHING BY THE TIME IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE, ITEMS SHIP FROM CHINA! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. JUST GO TO THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE PAGE, NO PHONE NUMBER IS A BIG NO NO IN 2021!

I noticed that I chose the wrong size on one of the items I bought from PatPat after I had already paid for it. I contacted customer support to change it to the correct size and it was solved at the same day!

I leave a note out of 4, because I never received my package, but the patpat service answered me well and I was reimbursed.
I ordered a few 9-12 outfits while my baby was still 7-8 months. Now I'm wondering if the clothes will arrive on time for me to even use them, as baby turned 9 months a couple weeks ago, and they are still not here. Hope it arrives soon, or I'll have to return them. Size up on your clothes to give time for shipping
