Inoltre l'assistenza clienti è il top (grazie Karen P.). Ho acquistato dei capi che vestono troppo grande e prontamente mi è stato offerto il rimborso oltre alla possibilità di tenere comunque i capi.

My daughter and I both have accounts with PatPat and the quality of their products are great and many are very unique. Also have great customer service. Recently ordered so. E maternity pajamas for my daughter and they were great. But just didn't fit my daughter well unfortunately. Reached out to PatPat online and they quickly helped me out and credited me.

I highly recommend this website for purchasing clothing for kids and family members! The clothing is of great quality, and many cute styles are available. Jonalyn from customer service was excellent to respond to my questions and provided quick and friendly service.

Shamiah helped with my exchange issue and she did it in a timely manner. I like the cute inexpensive items they offer.

I ordered lots of items for both myself and my daughter most items were perfect however unfortunately the costumes didn't fit. Jasper was extremely friendly and rapid getting the issue sorted hassle free.

I have to say, Patpat does offer a good value for their products given the prices. Definitely wait until they're having sales because they ALWAYS drop prices. I never buy anything for more than $10, because it will usually go down to $8 or less at some points. Their sizing can run big, my nephew is pretty chunky and heavy for his age (8 months) and can still fit this 3-6 onesie they have. But sometimes they run exactly on par. So I would say just buy what size they are actually in and worst case they have to wait a little to wear it. That being said I wouldn't buy any date-specific outfit (christmas, thanksgiving etc) from PatPat. Also, the shipping is longer than I'd like buy I just buy basics for my nephew, so he will always be able to wear them regardless of when it shows up. (It never takes more than 3 weeks, but in the world of Amazon, 3 weeks seems like forever!

Having written an incomplete address my orders bounced and were not delivered. Unfortunately early bird the delivery currier doesn't have pickup options. I thus wrote to everyone involved having made a thorough search online... to try and find out the where anouts of my products and tolry to get them but in vain. Unfortunately it was a weekend but still I wrote to patpat and within 48 hours I had the most comfortimg reply from SHAMIAH.

She became my correspondence for the next three weeks. I was devastated and desperate but she kept in touch with me updated me about everything and anove all re assured me that my orders will be delivered. I sometimes grew impatient but she was very understanding.

Anyways cut the long story short my products eventually came with dhl. Within two days from when they were registered with dhl.

Patpat did not disappoint. All my products total cost 157 dollars were very beuatiful. I highly recommend and will be buying more stuff from patpat.

J'ai eu une petite erreur de commande: j'ai commandé 2 fois le même articles mais j'ai été ravie que SHAMIAH me trouve une solution. En effet elle m'a proposé gracieusement un remboursement que j'ai accepté avec plaisir. Produit avec un bon rapport qualité/prix je recommande! Faites juste attention aux tailles et de prendre une taille en dessous.
