It's easy to find what I need through the Partzilla website and the items are almost always quickly available. The only drawback is our lousy postal service that delays my deliveries by several days, but that's not Partzilla's fault.
Paid extra for the 1-3 day shipping, it still took 5 days total with one Sunday. Not really their fault but if we don't let them know then they won't get on their shipper or USPS to honor the additional costs of expedited shipping. I have not looked at the parts yet, but will rate them after installation.
Very awesome website and Customer service. Wonderful and easy, HUGE selection of in stock parts and quick to ship and generally receiving parts long before they even say they'll be shipped. Truly hope this doesn't change like Amazon or other online retailers
I have used partzilla numerous times over the past couple of years since moving to the US and it's safe to say they are a lifesaver when you need oem's! My experiences have been that I've received my order either on the earliest predicted delivery date or even before that and you can't complain with that! Their prices have been slightly cheaper than full price and their machine finder and diagrams make it really easy to find exactly what you're looking for and any parts that might not have known to be missing. Will always use them 10/10 recommend!
I received my parts quickly. Recently subscribed to Partzilla YouTube and it's been very helpful. I bought a 2002 Honda Forman 450 ES. It was in rough shape. Once I'm done, it'll be a brand new bike. All parts are OEM and coming from Partzilla!
As always Partzilla has the parts I need in stock and usually ships the same day which is nice rather than having to wait a day or two for processing. My only complaint would be that they lower the price of free shipping to $99.00 rather than the $149.00 they have. Will continue to order from them A+++
I made three orders this week. Two of them was terrible. One order plug for front fender and rack got muffler hanger plugs. Nex order it said everything in stock. You cancel three parts not available anymore. All I got was refund notice no communication on them.
The rep who helped me went above and beyond and was extremely patient. I don't know why these side-by-side companies make 100 million versions of a single vehicle, but he was able to help me find the right part for the right model. Never would have been able to figure it out on my own.
I needed a latch assembly for a new side by side. Most websites don't service all the small parts that can be accidentally broke with these toys. It was easy to find on the website with the exploded diagram and delivered fast.
Ordered parts for my bike. Parts show up and the bag they were sent in is open. Two parts are broken and unusable (not the first time I've had broken parts from Partzilla due to zero packaging). Missing 2 of 5 of one part and two other line items were missing as well. Replacement parts are being sent out but not until they get notification from USPS that 30 dollars in broken parts are on the way back. When did all of this start to fall on the consumer? I order these parts and paid for expedited shipping. Now I won't have my parts for another week. I get that it is cheaper to ship things in the bags with the rip off tops but when you include zero packaging inside what can you expect.
