Used Partzilla several times now for 2006 Honda ST 1300. They usually have parts in stock and ship quickly, no matter how obscure the part is. I recommend them.
I order the parts October 17 and they told me I'm going to get the parts in 2-3 business days but then I check the website and every day it's say available the next day and then the next day and next day until they Shipped just a few parts from the order on October 29
And the rest they say available November 2 then November 4
Until it jump to November 17 so I called the customer service and I got so mad so I cancel the order
I mean what is the point now I need to order from somewhere else but I don't care I don't believe them anymore

Said in stock part so i ordered. Now they say on backorder after i paid for part. So i am out my money and they wont refund. Contacted them and now no response back. Find a more honest parts supplier

The parts diagram showed parts in a layout that was confusing to identify the correct items. Agent Chris contacted Suzuki found the correct parts we received the parts and alls golden now.
I found OEM Talon fender flares at Partzilla for less than the Honda dealer and I received them before the dealer said they could get them. All without having to leave my house. I love Partzilla.
Was looking for oem parts for 1997 seadoo and they had them in stock and shipped in a fair time- same week. I wish the qualify for free shipping price was a little lower.
I ordered twice in the same day.(June 23rd)The first shipment came in and everything was fine. The second held at accepted at the originating post office. I wait two weeks and call to ask if they shipped and they said they did so I wait one more week. Nothing. So I call back on the following Monday and ask them to have it here by the weekend or I'm cancelling and ordering from elsewhere. The guy said not a problem. That weekend came and went with no parts. I call back on the following Tuesday to cancel my order because I ordered the parts from Rocky Mountain(which was cheaper, customer service was better and my parts showed up when they should of) and the lady said okay well I see they didn't process it so I'll go ahead and do that. No I want a refund. I got my parts from Rocky Mountain and still waiting on these crooks to give me my money back.
Long story long. If you want to wait on parts and not ride choose partzilla. If you want to have terrible customer service and lose money on parts these are your guys.
