Was very good, although your shipping charges were almost as much as the part itself. That pisses me off!

Ordered a part for my ATV. They show it as a STOCK item. Now after 2 days of nothing I call and they said "it's back ordered for 32 days". What a joke! I will NEVER order from them again!

Decided to give Partzilla another try after a very disappointing first order. This order was successful…parts easy to find and order. Delivery was within stated delivery time.
Placed my order on the 13th delivery due on the 20th. Called them on the 26th and they said seems to be lost and we will look into it (Tracer). Called back on the 30th and they said they would reorder it and ship it. Called them back on the 8th and they said they were still looking for it.
Cancelled the order. Now I need to wait one week for a refund of something I never got..

Partzilla has the right parts. My parts were quickly received. I've ordered parts off Ebay and they would not fit correctly. Partzilla had the factory parts.
When i ordered the parts, they said they would be in stock in 2 days.
Then i get an email saying it will be a few MORE days.
THEN TODAY, i get an email saying it will be 2 MOINTHS before PARTZILLA gets the parts THEY SOLD ME.
I never would have THOUGHT of ordering if they had initially told me it would be TWO MONTHS.
Now i have wasted days and days for NOTHING.
I could have the parts in my hand if i had ordered from a REAL COMPANY.
DO NOT ORDER FROM PARTZILLA.
You will wish you had not.

I added enough items to get free shipping and then was told the main item was not available. I then had to pay for the extra item I did not especially need.

Anytime we have a large order and one of the parts on that order is on back order or out of stock the entire order does not ship which is a huge inconvenience and is not acceptable.
