My speedo wasn't working on my bike after diagnosis I found out my speedo cable had spun its last spin. So I hopped on here and found one that matched it. Couldn't get any closer to original then what I ordered
Complete failure to deliver. 2 months, and I still do not have the correct parts. Ordered 2x OEM Suzuki caliper o-ring sets (should be 10 o-rings per set, 20 total). Partzilla sends 2 individual o-rings. Called, and they send me a UPS return label, and said they'd ship the correct parts once these were returned.
Package #2, only 2 o-rings AGAIN. Called, and was informed that they will order from the manufacturer, check with the inventory manager, and overnight the package.
Package #3, was NOT overnighted as stated, and AGAIN just 2 o-rings. Spoke with supervisor, who didn't seem to care about the error in their inventory system. Quickly dismissed my concerns with a 3rd UPS label for a return/refund.
Almost 2 months since the original order. Riding season is now over, and my bike is still apart. Partzilla has failed miserably here, and has lost my business permanently. I'll order the parts from Bike Bandit instead.
Needed some more parts for our 2016 P1000-5D. Parts search function was the only way to order the parts as the 2022 parts catalog had not yet been uploaded. I found the part numbers on another site and entered them into the PARTZILLA Search bar, they came up immediately, good pricing and in stock, ready to ship. I was surprised because these were new parts for the 2022 models. Parts were in stock, better than local dealer pricing (by a LOT!), cheap shipping and arrived in about a week from placing the order. These parts actually arrived faster than if I had bought them locally. Will do business with them again. I am a certified Honda Technician (Retired) and I enjoy doing my own work and saving big. I figure that by doing my own work, I saved thousands of dollars over using the dealer for this project and I know I got a better product in the end.

No spark on my grandkids pw80. I needed the CDI ignition module. I searched the usual places but there was no guarantee proper fitment. Partzilla came up and they have the genuine Yamaha unit. I installed it and had it running. Fair price and it works. Very happy with the purchase as it arrived promptly. I will shop there again when needed.

I accidentally had pressed express shipping for an O ring that I bought from them that only cost $3, with the shipment and in it of course me $14 or $15. I emailed the company right A way to cancel my order. I got an automated reply saying they don't check the emails until 8 to 10 days later. So then I tried calling them and they were closed from 8 to 4:00 p.m. So then I called 1st thing in the morning at 8 o'clock in the morning to cancel it. I talk to someone told I want to get a canceled she told me she was gonna send an email out to where she needed to send an email out to to get a cancel. Order was never canceled I'm receive an email saying my package is gonna be in the mail tomorrow and the money is still withdrawn for my account. Not happier with the service I'm getting.

I ordered parts for a 21 year old Honda dirt bike, Ordering was easy and they arrived in about the right time I needed them. All parts fit like a glove on the bike. I was very pleased with my purchase. Now the dirt bike I brought for my son when he was 13 will now go back to him (surprise) on his 34 birthday. He has 4 young kids ( all boy's) will now have a go at it. The Honda 100R has been through my son, two grandson's in New Mexico and now back to my son and my 4 grandson's. Perfect!

Money was taken for a part that you did not have or get that was showing as in stock. Credit card was refunded but the exchange rate changed and I'm out $8.31 CAD. Was told to contact my credit card company (called them first) and they said call partzilla. Great customer support when you are willing to lose a repeat for $8

I had an order that should not had any shipping charges. I received an email stating that there was an additional charge for shipping of $310.00. I called and asked what the charges were for, and I was told that it was an administrative decision.
I canceled that order and reordered the same parts and there was no shipping charge..

I get all the parts I need for my 2003 Vulcan at Partzilla. They are quality, OEM parts that arrive very quicky. I was even able to get the grommet that holds the gas tank to the frame. I could not find that anywhere. I am a very satisfied customer.
