Order placed 21 days ago for 'in stock items'. Shipper lost package, and informed Partzilla several days ago that order is lost in transit. When I request a refund or reshipment, they say they cannot do that until shipper confirms package is lost. I have confirmation from shipper that partzilla has already been informed. Partzilla customer service will not return emails or return calls. Will use all documentation obtained to pursue FRAUD if necessary.
Customer service responded to this online here, but still will not reply to my email or return call as they said they would. Still no refund or replacement order... apparently customer service is too busy replying to negative reviews to actually serve their customers... as in customer service! I am a bit disappointed with the advertising of shipping being"FREE" with a purchase over 150.
I ordered a fender for a 05 Honda TRX for 260, and they came back with shipping for the piece and other items at an additional $431.
I could see a reasonable charge for an awkward item like that but 431. I even split the item off in its own and you still wanted and additional 175.

I was able to find the parts I needed. However, I tried to cancel my order about 4 hours after placing it because I found the part locally. I was told the order was already "in process" and I could not be refunded. It then took almost 5 days to recieve it. I was mostly frustrated I couldn't cancel the order and had to wait as long as I did for the part. I did appreciate they use genuine OEM parts though.

Would leave zero stars if it was possible. Ordered/paid on 2/25/2014, as of today no parts! If you have over a month to wait for parts then this site may be worth it but not for me. You will be told over and over that your parts are in "picking" and will "ship today", but its just a story to get you off the phone. Last I heard one of the parts may be in on 3/21. But I was told it would be in on 3/3,3/6,3/11 as well. I didphone the manufacturer to see if they were out of stock but they told me that they have been in stock.
I ordered a part, showed in stock. Parztilla advertises ships within 24 hr. It's been nine days order status still show preparing order.
I went to the online chat to cancel the order and got disconnected from the chat after waiting 30 minutes. Then I called customer service waited 40 minutes to speak with an agent and all of a sudden my order is on a truck and cannot be canceled. Never again. BEWARE OF PARTZILLA!

In the meantime in order to get my Honda ST90 project rolling I ordered many of the same parts from Beatrice online and they arrived 2 days later! I'll have some duplicate parts but that is the price of the lesson I learned. I wonder if Partzilla gave that Honda Grom away in the contest they were having?

I ordered and paid for parts for my Honda ST90 restoration project on June 23rd and as of today there has been no communication, no parts picked yet and their CHAT NOW is shut down due to unforeseen circumstances. I'm concerned but yet I keep getting advertisements online.
Buying parts from partszilla, was easy for me, the site was easy to use, plus they had the parts I could not find anywhere, at a great price. Shipping was quick. Ordered parts, shipped by UPS, Ups delivered somewhere, it stated "OTHER" on delivery location, called for hours waiting on hold. Got disconnected after over a hour ofbei g on hold, finally got ahold of someone. Very nice person on call. They initiated claim on delivery, ups contacted me. Told them no delivery was made can't find package. Now 14 days later Ups is still not finished with investigation. Tried to send email back to Partzilla and get same Covid response.

Ordered two bolts for my bike -- their website makes you pay extra for 2-day shipping. Has been 8 days now and no parts. UPS tracking was saying I was supposed to receive parts today (8th day), and now UPS tracking is saying: "As requested by the sender, UPS has transferred this shipment to the local post office for delivery to the final destination." -- estimated delivery in now on the 11th day.

The part I ordered was exactly what I needed for my 1987 Honda. The E-mail that Partzilla sent went to my Spam Folder and I didn't realize this until I called and spoke with a nice sales lady. The part arrived the next day and I got it installed. Thanks Partzilla, I will be using you again.
