I first placed and order and received the wrong part. Then I looked deeper and noticed there were 2 part numbers associated with this certain part. I then ordered the other part number and once again was sent the same wrong part.
We have been in business since 2008 and have been buying OEM parts from another source and they were about the same price if not a bit cheaper but hard to deal with for returns and any product questions and following up on orders. I wish I had came on board with partzilla long time ago, they are very courteous and extremely helpful on the phone for whatever reason we make the call someone always answers and knows the answer... awesome place to buy parts from if you are an independent motorcycle shop and in need of OEM parts... Now I wish they sold BMW and Ducati OEM parts ;)

Been using Partzilla since 2020 when my wife and I purchased our 1st boat, a Yamaha AR195. I depended on Partzilla guiding me to what I needed and different parts since I was new to boating and had no idea what most of the parts were. Since then I'm sure I've purchased well over one thousand dollars in parts. I wanted to purchase the oil filter wrench to make my oil changes a bit easier and after getting the wrong part from O'Riely's and then Amazon, I thought I will order from Partzilla, surely they would know the right part for my boat. I got it and it was the same one that everyone else had been sending me. After spending close to an hour on hold and put on hold once someone got online, I was told "sorry, since you ordered it on your own and not with us on the phone, you could return it, but I would be responsible for shipping! Does that sound like good customer service? Now I've spent more money on shipping than what I paid for the part! I will no longer be using Partzilla for my boating needs. You are going to loose a customer over 5 dollars in shipping charges? I've been using B and H photo for over 40 years and not once have I ever paid for return shipping, period. That's why I keep shopping with them. BTW, you charged me 10 bucks for shipping. I was able to get it for under 5 bucks, that made me even more resolute to not use you again.

Partzilla had the part I needed, two very small springs for my two GL1000 Timing Belt Tensioners. Shipping "expedited" was $12, and it took five or six days. I think USPS 1st Class would have been faster, depending on the packaging (box or padded envelope). But the parts were correct. Nonetheless, next time I order parts, I will check Partzilla and also a couple of competitors for less of a markup on shipping. A bit of greed, PZ.

They don't have parts in stock when they say they do. So shipping is always delayed. When they do ship a part is likely to be left out. If they say they have a part and don't really have it, they hold your whole order until they get it or you have to pay shipping for both. They're a bit cheaper but don't use them!

I ordered 2 trim pieces for a yamaha golf cart, a trim piece for the right side and left side. In my initial order I received 2 right side pieces and no left side pieces. I called to get the order corrected and the customer service individual was polite and understanding. An order was created to send the correct trim piece and I received the correct trim piece in 2 days.

Something has got to change as far a shipping costs because the parts I bought was 13$ the shipping was 10$ you figure it out and I ordered my parts on the 4/15/22 and today is 4/25/22 10$ for shipping and 10 + days now and still have not got my parts! What do you think I'am going to do next time I order parts? Probably not from this company next time I will just go with my local bike shop at least if I have to wait ten plus days I won't have to pay for shipping

I attempted to purchase a $1200 engine from them on 10/21. The website wouldn't work so i tried to place the order by phone and was treated so rudely that i will never do business with them! WHAT A JOKE! I would never treat a customer that way. I didnt even get to spend a dime before they turned me away. The rep should be fired! He yelled at me and tried to make me feel stupid.
