I order few oil seals from them, because eBay havent in stock til last week so I decided to order from partzilla. Let me tell you that was a big MISTAKE! When you call a rep, they too we state they have the parts, But after you order and purchase them they will send you a message stating "your order has been delayed due to availability and its going to take a month before you will receive your order". Then if you call them they tell you "you cannot have your money back," because I'm an unruly customer. A month later when I receive a message stating that my order has been shipped they don't provide me with a tracking number and refuse to give me one when I call to get one. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered an exhaust gasket for my bike last week and it apparently shipped on 2-2--24. It is now 3-1-24 and has said it will arrive every night this week starting Monday. Still no gasket. VERY UNIMPRESSED as this the first time ive ordered from you!

It seems like nothing is accurate. When I first starting using them to buy one parts there's was a guy that was rude to me. I called to check inventory on a product and he stated why don't you use the website it would show you what we have availabile. So I then order more stuff and it took forever to come. I called asked for a manager and got with Matthew Brown which is an assistant manager. He corrected for me and all. This week I ordered parts do that I can work on my bike and a client bike. I order clutch for a client which they was all in stock two days ago and they yet to still have gone out and I have paid for expedited shipping smfh. I also put I. My order which everything said it was in stock just got shipped out yesterday due to there was a part not in stock and mind you I placed my order on Monday and I paid for expedited shipping. I didn't get a call about a part not in stock etc this will be my last time using them though

Went to this site found the parts I needed. Some parts said out of stock thank God I didn't need those. Ordered my parts paid the 9.95 for FAST shipping. Well after 5 days checked the status and it said one of the parts wouldn't be available for another 3 days. Didn't say anything was out of stock when I ordered. Guy told me they could have had the parts when I ordered them but they could have been sold the same day? Hey, guys stop running your business like the flintstones and buy a computer! That way when someone orders the part and PAYS for it the part gets deducted from inventory! Well anyway I ordered parts on the 5th it's the 14th now bought the parts on amazon ATV is back together guy told me I couldn't get a refund because the parts are sitting at the warehouse guess you haven't heard of filing a fraud case with the bank for products paid for and never received!

Paid for expedited shipping just to get an original update thats says the 9th of January a second update stating the 16th of feb and a third one stating the 20th of march my son is so upset! And so am i! Then the refund takes 3-5 days! I will never purchase anything from this horrible $#*! company again

Paid for fast service (first order (11-*******) was a bit late. Made a second order (11-*******) ordered on Friday the third by their email was to be shipped Tuesday the 4th, did not. I ordered a battery for my ATV and the order confirmation indicated it would be shipped in 2 days. After 4 days I checked and it was now back ordered. I inquired and after a 2-day delay, they replied that they had no ETA. I requested a firm ETA or a refund and they then said that the original order was "lost" and that they had to reorder and that it would be 5-7 days before they got the battery then they would have to ship it to me. I canceled the order for a refund. Save yourself the grief and spend the few extra $$ to get the part from a reputable source, the story kept changing which to me indicates they are not a trustworthy supplier.
The part that I needed was easy to find and order on their website. It arrived within the expected delivery date and was extremely well packed.
I'll also add that when I need to find the name &/or part number for any of my ATVs, Partszilla is my go to website.

I purchased a gasket for my 06 R1 muffler. The part that came in was wrong. I took it out of the package so i can take pics to show the the vendor. Sadly when i called to find the right part, i was tld theright one is not in stock and i cannot return the product because its out of the OEM package which was just a plastic wrap. So in essence i dont have the right part, i cant return the wrong part, I dont have any refund and i wasted my time only to lose money for nothing.

I ordered parts that were apparently in stock only to find out after i ordered they weren't. To add to this the delivery date moved out twice. I contacted Partziila to request they send out the in stock parts and then the delayed parts later at their cost, as this was their fault, but they refused. Very disappointed and won't be using them again. Buyers should be aware that even though Partzilla might say the items are in stock they actually may not be.

Ordered the wrong part for my wheeler. Had to pay for shipping both ways. $30 to return a $60 part. I figured a company this size would be able to work with their customers but that's a big no lol
